When my meeting recording it transcribed, the transcription is extremely slow. A 45 minute meeting was transcribed to 3 hours. The meeting in question was recorded on September 24th this year. Have been using Zoom since 2019 and never had this problem before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm having a strange problem with an external microphone from Røde and Zoom (Meetings and Webinars). My voice gets a somewhat robotic effect, it sounds a bit like i'm running it through a flange effect. This only happens when I use the Røde Mic, and it only happens on my M1 MacBook Pro. I've tried »everything«: - the microphone works well with other software, no distortion there - the microphone works well with other computer, even with an iPad - when i use the computer's built-in microphone, it sounds ok. - it only started this year; i've been using this microphone since 2022, and old recordings sound fine. - i've reset zoom, uninstalled and reinstalled zoom, tried different adapters (the microphone is USB-A, my computer has only USB-C) - i've played around with the audio settings in Zoom, eg. using original sound, turned off automatic volume, fiddled with echo cancellation, etc. - i've used different audio outputs (usually headphones, but also no headphones) nothing helped. it feels as if there is some hidden setting or misconfiguration which i don't find, but since only Zoom is affected, it has to be something in or around Zoom. i've contacted our university's zoom-support, but they are at their wit's end. any ideas? My configuration is a MacBook Pro M1, Røde NT-USB microphone, and AirPods Pro as headphones.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience with Zoom. Due to some unresolved issues, I have lost $2,630, which has caused significant disruption to my online business. Unfortunately, this has left me with no choice but to discontinue using Zoom for my business operations. As a motivational speaker in Nepal, I had high expectations from your platform, but the lack of adequate support has almost collapsed my online presence. I believe Zoom must offer localized support to better cater to its users in Nepal. Going forward, I intend to work with government officials to raise awareness about the importance of ensuring that support agents are available within Nepal itself. In the meantime, I will be exploring other options such as Webex to meet my business needs. Thank you for the services provided thus far, but it is time for me to say goodbye to Zoom.

Good morning, I really need help with this as it's causing me a lot of trouble: I'm always the host of a meeting (an online class, actually). Since last week, every time I share my screen, black boxes appear on the side of the participants: they are "the back" of my tool bar and my "participants + host" squares where our live faces are shown. When I move the tool bar and/or the boxes where my students and I appear, the black boxes move too. It's difficult to explain. It happened overnight, I didn't do anything at all. Can someone help me, please? I've tried to uninstall and install again, rebooting the laptop and the problem persists. Thanks in advance Laia

I have a problem with my mic and camera during Zoom meetings. the mic and video do not work. I can hear and listen to the other people in the meeting but they can't hear and see me.
Zoom cannot be installed on my Linux/ Ubuntu laptop. Hi its been a terminal failure over months and hours trying to install Zoom on my Ubuntu laptop. Trying to install zoom using native ubuntu/ debian is a total fail downloads via the browser timeout about 10% into the download (6 attempts). Via ubuntu apps, thats a fail also. I tried to install via Wine (Windows for Ubuntu) that successfully installed, but then took an hour on top of the brand new download to try and other update. After that the software had made it impossible to Sign In, the blue button was greyed out. After some to-ing and fro-ing I eventually Signed In, but then the entire thing crashed! Please update all your Ubuntu install procedures and the windows ones also fail! Cannot successfully install via ubuntu, cannot login via windows version (Wine on Ubuntu)

I used to be able to start an ad hoc meeting immediately off this page. I see the Start Meeting button on the dashboard page and it allows me to use my ID, etc. but the button does nothing. There are other more cumbersome ways to start the meeting but I'd like to fix this one. Zoom also logs me out between uses and I have to login manually each time. Maybe all of this is related somehow. Zoom does seem to be suffering from bloat. Mac Sequoia, Zoom 6.2.5

Hello, Is there a way to send email automatically with recording link to all the participants after meeting ends.
Hi everyone, We are currently using LearnWorlds for our e-learning platform and upload our recorded sessions directly to the Zoom Cloud. Despite recording in 1080p, the video quality often appears blurry and pixelated across various devices. Here are the main issues we are facing: Can anyone provide advice on how to enhance the video quality?
