We use a third party scheduler integration with Zoom Meetings to allow customer prospects to sign up for a meeting with our inside sales reps. 

As part of the flow prospects provide their email to the scheduler. This automatically sends out a Zoom Meeting invitation to that email.

However, the prospects email is never displayed when looking at any reports within Zoom internal reporting. My gut says its related to the March 2022 privacy change   however I'm not entirely sure because the change specifies: "If the participant entered their email address during the meeting or webinar registration flow, then it will be shown for that specific meeting/webinar.".

Doesn't entering their email within the third party scheduler which kicks out a Zoom Meeting invite count as "the participant entered their email address during the meeting or webinar registration flow"?

It is critically important that we be able to access these emails within the Zoom platform itself.

Not receiving invites to Gmail

zoom actualized automatically to a new version, and now my recurring meetings are not showing up, how can I recover those?

participant recording

I was a participant (free member) on another member's meeting (paid member). the hot granted me permission to record the meeting. I chose the option to record to my device since im a free member. Near the end of the meeting, i got off the zoom a few ... Show more

I was a participant (free member) on another member's meeting (paid member). the hot granted me permission to record the meeting. I chose the option to record to my device since im a free member. Near the end of the meeting, i got off the zoom a few minutes before the host did. However, the host said that as soon as i got off the zoom meeting, that her (paid member host) recording stopped recording. Is that whats supposed to happen? Just because I stop recording or leave the zoom meeting, then the host, who is also recording, will have their recording stopped automatically??

Downloaded Zoom app for Mac but app not 'compatible'?!

Hi, I am running a MacBook Pro on Sonoma 14.6.1

I have gone to the Download Centre and downloaded the standard Zoom meetings app which all installed fine. Next, I went to the Launchpad and clicked on the Zoom app, but I get a pop up message reading as follows:-

"You can't open the application "zoom.us" because this application is not supported on this Mac".

 

So if it is not supported, why did it download with no error messages !!??

Hey friends! I just did a local recording for a zoom interview. I ended the meeting it said it was converting. I went to the Zoom folder, and it said "out of space." I looked in the folder, and the audio mp4 looks like it was recorded, but the video and record.conf file says "error." I am in shock because I have a ton of space on my hard drive. This is a paid Zoom account. I don't know what to do and could use any advice. I went to the chat support bot and it was not helpful. Any support would be appreciated.

Zoom Meetings Stopped Saving to Facebook Timeline

I just started working in my church office and our Zoom meetings stopped being saved onto our FB Timeline. 

 

The last successful day was SUN, 3/23/2025. The next weekend it did not connect at all; the progress bar never progressed. On 4/06, exactly 17 sec of the Zoom meeting was saved to FB. 

 

I can stream a Zoom meeting to FB, and it shows on my local computer that the single screen for the livestream is updating live. But the livestream does not save onto my FB timeline. It only livestreams, but does not save. 

 

I have gone back to all the settings on Zoom that I know of to double-check and it all looks fine here. Reinstalled the latest version of Zoom.

 

We've already missed 2 wonderful worship services. Please help us get back on track. Thanks in advance.

My video now has a blue tint. I'm using an iMac, (AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT 8 GB - 3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9 and 14.1.2 (23B92)) with  Canon M50 with a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro... When I use built in camera it seems fine.. I can't seem to isolate where the issue is. I do know it stated after update to 5.17.

Changing position of my webcam during recording

Hi all. When I view my recordings, my webcam video (usually in top RH corner) tends to cover important parts of the screen. See attached pic. I don't want to turn off the webcam for the recording. How do I position it better so it doesn't cover parts... Show more
