I have just raised a ticket on matters I need help with. All other contacts were blocked. The ticket has been marked as closed. How can I access support? I've tried phone & chatbot but there is always something which stops me

A user is sent updates whenever someone with scheduling privileges for their calendar, schedules a meeting on their behalf. How can I prevent the user from receiving updates when there are changes made in the schedule?
I have scheduled a meeting for 21st Dec and am currently handling the registration. In the meeting registration section, I can see that 79 registrations have been completed. When I click on the 'View' button, I can see the individual registration details. However, when I try to access the report through the Report section, no records are displayed. It is important to export all the registration details into a single sheet, but I am unable to do so. I have attached the following snapshots: one showing the Meeting Registration (79 registrations), another showing the report page (which displays zero registrations), and one from the 'View' button showing individual registration details. Please assist me in generating a single report that includes all the details available on the registration page.Dear Sir, Look forward your early response RegardsSudhir

Hi, Every time I schedule a new zoom meeting, upon clicking "save," Outlook opens and it asks me to import the meeting into the calendar. Is there any way I can prevent this? I made a new zoom account and used my work email, but it still pops up.

Hi, We have just logged into Zoom and noticed that we can no longer see all of our scheduled meetings at once. Instead, we have to enter a date range and only a month at a time can be selected. This is really unhelpful as we schedule numerous meetings months in advance and can often not remember the exact date so being able to scroll through all of our meetings is useful. Making us have to search through our meetings a month at a time takes what used to be a two minute task and turned it into one that can take ages, and also because this "new feature" is not widely known, we are getting bombarded with other users panicking because they think their meetings have been lost. Is there any way to turn this terrible feature off and go back to being able to see all of our meetings? Thank you!

the problem is that people don't hear the music so it'is impossible for me working.

Hi @jdott16 the participants tiles of which participant is talking is highlighted and i dont see a option to disable the view,
with zoom update while I share screen I see participants view tiles floating, I usually keep zoom in desktop 2 and work with desktop 1,
I just want to remove it and see nothing on my screen.
We keep our cameras off**
Problem 2:
While screen sharing even when the zoom meetings controls are in desktop 2 and working with desktop 1,
the other users see black/grey boxes ? how to fix that ?
Problem 3:
Annotate symbol at left bottom of screen, I don't want to see that as well ?

All lot of my meetings use waiting rooms to keep out Zoom bombers. A nice feature would be to "admit and pin". Today, I can "Admit", but then need to scramble to find the person to "Add pin". Tonight, we had a bomber and luckily I had pinned him when he entered (because it was not a name I had seen before). If I had not pinned him, it may have taken a moment to finally remove the pervert. If "Admit and Pin" was an option, it would be a whole lot less stressful
