Are late participants able to see chat?
If someone joins a Zoom meeting late, are they only able to see the chat messages after they log on; or are they able to see the discussion prior to their arrival? And, is there a setting that controls this?

I'm trying to connect Zoom to my CRM and need help locating two specific details:
I’ve looked everywhere but can’t seem to find them. Could you guide me on where to find these?
Thanks in advance
I set up a periodic meeting a long time ago, which can still be used, but I want to modify the settings, such as changing the password or other settings, but I can't find it there. I didn't see it in the meeting list. Who can help me find it and edit it?

I use Zoom for research (I'm the host) and use the same Zoom link for all sessions. The link has not changed, but now the participant can not access her camera on Zoom. The video option is greyed in Zoom and in the computer settings—the participant uses a Mac. Do you have any suggestions?

Hello, i cant record mono... Optimize for third party video editor ist off... Stereo ist off... Hifi is on...
I have been using Zoom Meetings to Record Guest interviews for my podcast for two years. I have always been able to produce the separate files for each speaker and have them produced in MONO format for uploading to Audacity (where I do my editing). Last week They started to produce as multi track stereo files (two tracks per speaker). I checked all my settings, even uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, but still am having the issue. I am getting separate files for each speaker still, but they are no longer mono. Not sure where else to look. I have original sound for musicians checked and High Fidelity music mode but DO NOT have Stereo Audio checked

I am about to host a 500+ person meeting (not webinar) with a crew of panelists, who each have their own introductory bios. I wondered if there is a clever way to share each bio in the meeting chat while each person begins presenting. I know that it's possible and easy to just paste in the text of the bio, but I know this will likely get quickly lost in the meeting chat, as attendees will likely be talking in the chat throughout the meeting. I considered potentially making a pdf or jpeg of each individual bio to share as each presenter begins, but I fear these will get lost in the chat too. Is there any clever way to accomplish this task that I haven't considered? Thanks!

I host several study groups during the week on zoom. I want to be able to pin a message to the top of the general chat for everyone to see as they arrive. People come in a different times so that's why it needs to be pinned. However, there is no option to do that. Zoom instructions talk about how to do this on team chat, but NOT in regular meetings. Any help with this?

Dear Zoom, Please create a feature where the host can pin a comment in the chat and make it visible to everyone who enters the meeting late. If this is already a feature, please send an email to all users reminding them (along with a reminder that there is an option to mute partipants on entry). After two years of meetings constantly being interrupted by people typing into the chat, "Please resend the sign-in link..." I am convinced there is a better way 😂 Please send (our bosses) help. Thank you!
