audio issues/ voice sounds much deeper

Hi,

 

I have a condenser mic and I use an maudio interface when I record my zoom meetings. My voice sounds horrible on the recordings. My voice sounds deeper like a man. What mixing board should I get to that will work with zoom?

The Registration, Email Settings, Branding links are no longer working.

I am a member / Host of an account where the Account Type = Pro (Named Host). The meeting I'm setting up has not yet started. The Registration, Email Settings, Branding links are no longer working.I arrive at this point using the following navigation... Show more

I am a member / Host of an account where the Account Type = Pro (Named Host).  

The meeting I'm setting up has not yet started. 

The Registration, Email Settings, Branding links are no longer working.

I arrive at this point using the following navigation

  • Click on Meetings in the left panel
  • Click on the underscored (link) with the meeting title
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page.  No more information is available.

Those options used to be available to me.  Now it seems that they are no longer there.

I've tried logging out and logging in and closing and opening the browser (Chrome).

Video Recording Quality

I understand Zoom recordings video is 720p for 2 participants and drops down to 360 for 3 or more. Does anyone know if the third person drops out of the meeting, does the video quality change back to 720 or is it locked in for the duration of the mee... Show more

Occasionally when I am working away from my home site, I will download Zoom to a customer's machine for their use. To test a connection and to ensure that the software is working properly I will login with my own username and password and then log out once I am assured the connection is working properly. I was locked out of my account this morning because I used my account at two different locations last week. Is any way to avoid this? I

I opened my last meeting a bit more than an hour ago. I had one person come in and since half an hour my other students can't come in. When I tried to stop the meeting and start again, it was first impossible to login and now that I have I can't a meeting. It said for a while "meeting was ended by host" but that's me, so it can't be.

I tried to start computer anew, no help. same problem on my phone. can't start a meeting.

seems like the zoom server is down?

anyone having this problem?

Hi, I have a very weird issue. I am a personal assistant. When I try to login to a zoom account of my boss, it works. However, if I try to start any of the meetings, the application gives me the error note: Your email sign in is disabled. 

 

I can only press 'Ok'. 

 

When I try to login from the app, it gives me only the option of Apple login, Google login, or SSN. Where can i login with regular email user and password for this account for the desktop app on MacBook?

Mysterious recording issue

I have my MacBook Pro hooked up to two monitor screens. When I try and record a Zoom interview (I'm a journalist) I'm no longer getting the 'pin' option when I right click on my interviewee's frame. All I see is 'pin to chat'. When I then record our ... Show more

I have my MacBook Pro hooked up to two monitor screens. When I try and record a Zoom interview (I'm a journalist) I'm no longer getting the 'pin' option when I right click on my interviewee's frame. All I see is 'pin to chat'. When I then record our meeting it is now only recording me, not the person I'm speaking to (the person I want to record) even though there's a pin symbol in their window? I'm guessing running two monitors has thrown the system into disarray as I never had this problem before. Is it fixable or do I have to unhook my MacBook each time?

How to check access history

I accessed a school lesson with the mobile app. However, at school, attendance is not accepted unless it is recorded.How can I check my connection history myself? Credits are very important for going to law school in Korea. Help me
