We have a standing weekly meeting that requires users to register. We used to be able to view the list of those that signed up by clicking on the Registrant list, however - this no longer seems to work. When you click on Registration, nothing happens.

Hello, I was just given ownership of a meeting from a colleague that has left the company. How to I add alternate hosts to this meeting or will I be forced to create a new meeting? Also, how to I get the meeting to show up as a re-occurring meeting in my Zoom app? Thanks, Richard

l have a 2 account and l paid annualy. l want to merge this accounts only 1 account.
I recorded a meeting. The recording is listed as "Shared screen with speaker view". When I play the recording, I only see the video of the person speaking. I want to see the view showing all participants at once. Is it possible to get that for this recording? If not, is there a way to set future recordings to show all participants at once?

I manage a calendar for a nonprofit and frequently post workshops and listings that are hosted on Zoom. A few days ago I began to get a VERY large icon with the text "Add to calendar" that completely dominates the webpage. This is new and happening on all webinars that have a link to a Zoom registration. It looks terrible. How can I make it go away?

I am having trouble finding where I assign an alternate host. Any direction is appreciated.
In the Waiting Room it reads the meeting will start at 3:30pm when it was scheduled for 2:30. The time displayed in the waiting room is always an hour after the scheduled time.
Hi, hope someone can help! I am recording a Zoom meeting where I share a Google Slides presentation including presenter view where I can see the speaker notes. I set up the presentation with the slides on the left and presenter view on the right, start the Zoom meeting and Share Screen, selecting the slides. The green border is around the slides and I can see the presenter view/speaker notes without a green border so I know that bit is working! I start recording and all seems to work as it should until I play the video back. Sometimes there is a window with video of me (Gallery view although I'm the only person in the meeting), sometimes I can see slide one but it doesn't progress to the following slides, sometimes the screen is completely black but I can hear my voice. I have viewed other community posts and set everything up as it should be (I think) so not sure where to go next. Thinking that I might have to uninstall the Zoom desktop client and reinstall, or upgrade to PRO to access cloud recordings. Hope someone can help! Thanks in advance, Emma x
