I've made this stupid mistake a couple of times: I wanted to change my recording settings just before a webinar, so I went to settings -> recording settings and checked somes extra boxes - done. Or so I thought.....Turns out you need to click save after checking those boxes, and that save button often appears outside of my vision, one PgDn away....

And since most settings changes are saved instantly, I forget to look for the button. So: can you make this button pop up more visible, or save the changes automatically?

I use Zoom for online meetings with a university student.  A recent problem is with our audio connection.  The student can hear me fine, but I cannot hear him.  He uses Zoom inside the school with no problem.  Any ideas on how we can correct this problem?

One of our users gave permission to me to allow me to schedule meetings for them and to change the host of several meetings. My name has not appeared in the drop-down box. Is there something that I must do at my end, or do I have to wait any amount of time before I see the change?

I have created a new Zoom meeting a turned on the "Meeting registration". As soon as somebody would like to register everything looks okay, but when they hit the "Register" button they get an error message: "Found illegal Freemarker variables in the template: ${replayto_name}" Their registration data comes in fine, but they do not get an auto-confirmation and I have to send them one-by-one.

Hello, I currently have an SX80 Cisco and in my other office a Creston Touch Panel. When I am not in my office I would like to set up these two rooms to call me so I can test the video and audio are working, is there anyway I can automate this? so perhaps set a timer at 8:30am for Room 1 to call my laptop and I can assure its working. then 840am for the other room, automatically everyday.

I recently recorded a meeting with several attendants that lasted ~30 mins. When viewing the attendance report, the duration of most of the attendees did not record correctly. I am sure of this because I had some discussion with some of them late in the meeting. The time recorded was 1 - 5 mins (depending on the attendee). One of these attendees is recorded 30 mins into the meeting asking a question, yet the report says she only attended for 5 mins. 

Please advise.

Does anyone else out there use Zoom's registration feature simply to capture email addresses? 

I've confirmed with Zoom support that we will no longer be able to turn off the confirmation email, so if you use registration to simply capture email addresses and you don't need those email addresses authenticated, you will be losing functionality and your entire flow with your attendees is impacted.

Has anyone figured out a way around this?  Competitor products require email to be entered when joining, but Zoom does not have this capability.

I have not found any option on Zoom that is seamless to the users (we cannot require Zoom accounts and do not want Zoom emails going to attendees)

Please let me know if anyone has found a way.
