The meeting link URL is embedded into the email and that email is sent via Send grid.

The issues is when the link is accessed it will not open to the Zoom app. Some devices will allow you to push and hold the link and then copy the url and paste into the browser and then it will open.

We also notice that some email providers have a safe link plugin and sometimes this changes the url in the email thus force it to go thru some sort of filter before launching not allow the zoom app to pick it up.

Is there a resolution for this.

Sharing previously created sessions access rights?

Hello,

We had a co-worker leave the company and had previously scheduled events. We want to edit the series, is it possible to transfer the "event creator" rights to another person within the company?

Can I add someone to my Pro Account, enable them to schedule and run meetings?

Can I add someone to my Pro Account, enable them to schedule and run meetings?  Especially for meetings I dont need to be at.  Sometimes I would need to run my own meeting at the same time.  Is this possible?

Resolved! polls with multiple attendees on one connection

Has anyone come up with any tricks if there are multiple users on a single connection in meetings?

I speak here primarily of having a poll and allowing additional responses from a single connection.

But this is also relevant when tracking attendance.

I should start by saying athat a non-profit that I am involved with has a pro account and holds regular meetings, usually  with 50+ attendees - and sometimes significantly more than this but <100.

In these meetings there are multiple facilitators that perform different duties within the meetings

And those roles rotate between different individuals.

Is there somehow that those individuals can be registered as affiliated with the primary account

and in groups that have extended priviledges in the meetings

examples of usage including but not limited to...

co-host capabilities (without adding on a case by case or instance by instance basis)

sharing the screen (but not everyone is allowed to and not case-by-case)

spotlighting speakers

muting attendees

muting all but the primary speaker

renaming attendees

Hi. I want to break a class of 15 students into 3 groups (like in breakout rooms). However, I know you can't record to the cloud in breakout rooms. So, I was thinking of starting 3 different Zoom sessions where the students can go into one of the three rooms and the session thereby gets recorded to the cloud. I know I can't be in more than one Zoom session at a time but if I log out, can my students go into the three Zoom meetings that are listed on my college account? They would all be on at the same time. We tried this last week and managed to get 2 to work (somehow) but one group couldn't get on. I am doing this to try to avoid having to have individual students record to their computers and then upload the contents for me. I have many Zoom sessions listed on my account but not sure if they can be used simultaneously. I hope you understand what I am trying to do. (Briefly - I have 15 students giving presentations - I don't want to have all studentss listening to every presentation so I want to break into 3 groups and have students listen to 4 others plus themselves. But, I want it recorded to the cloud so that we can go listen to it later.). Any help you could offer would be greatfully appreciated.

We've recorded 4 previous meetings with Zoom and used the recordings for a video blog.  On our 5th interview, I've noticed weird bit-mapping appearing randomly throughout the video.  Chunks of area on the video seem to have a moiré effect and/or pixelating going on.  Sometimes on the eyelids of participants, around their faces and in the background.

It was not noticed during the filming of the meeting, but appears in the playback of the video.

What is causing this effect?  I'd like to avoid it in the future.

Can the existing video be corrected without re-recoding it?

Thanks in advance.
