I have an Asus Zenbook Duo with the RealTek audio drivers and I plug in the Aux cable to my JBL Bar 5.1. When I test the audio it plays for two seconds but they the sound stops and doesn't work. Same thing when I use the computer speakers as well.  I already tried changing the Audio Enhancements to Off.  Can anyone please help?

Cannot share part of screen

I cannot see how to share part of a screen on Zoom 6.4.2 (62735). The instructions I have found do not reflect what I see on my screen. There is no green border although the green border option is ticked in the Share Screen> Advanced part of Settings... Show more

I cannot see how to share part of a screen on Zoom 6.4.2 (62735). The instructions I have found do not reflect what I see on my screen. There is no green border although the green border option is ticked in the Share Screen> Advanced part of Settings.

Recording resolution

I have been trying to get a higher resolution on my zoom meeting recordings for MONTHS now. I have dealt with internet providers, routers etc. Everything is working fine. My speed etc is high so I dont know what to do. My recordings are now always 64... Show more

I have been trying to get a higher resolution on my zoom meeting recordings for MONTHS now. I have dealt with internet providers,  routers etc. Everything is working fine. My speed etc is high so I dont know what to do. My  recordings are now always 640 x 360. I have  clicked group HD, and also. made it  always on the higher recording setting in meeting settings.I use this content for art tutorials but I cant really use them as the resolution is so low. My recordings are  about an hour long,  but even shorter ones aren't  recording great either. I have a paid account.  even a 720 would be  better than what I have been getting. Please help Me.

How to download a video recording?

I received the zoom link of our meeting from the Host. I entered the passcode. I can see and hear the meeting. But I do not see a DOWNLOAD option so I can email it to those who missed the meeting. When I click on CUSTOMER SUPPORT, all I get is a blan... Show more

I received the zoom link of our meeting from the Host. I entered the passcode. I can see and hear the meeting. But I do not see a DOWNLOAD option so I can email it to those who missed the meeting. 

When I click on CUSTOMER SUPPORT, all I get is a blank page!

What to do? Please advise and much thanks.

Whilst my face is clearly displayed when conducting a meeting, my video background is constantly darkened even though I have set the tick box to adjust for low light. Does anyone have any recommendations as to how to lighten the background. I have also unset the tick box for low light and this does not seem to make any noticeable difference.  

I am using version 6.3.1 on an HP Envy 360 2 in 1 laptop and using HP's inbuilt Truevision 5 MP camera.

All of a sudden, cannot set appointments on the quarter hour! I must be able to! How to fix this?

I am booking clients into Zoom. All but two are ok. The email addresses are fine, they show in my google and outlook calendars. Once they are booked in, they show as invited, but when i go back in, the invitees  have vanished, yet they arevstill in both Outlook and Googke Diary still.

What happened to the previous usage report format?

 

I use them to produce Excel Spreadsheets to report attendance. During the active meeting, I change the names that are generic or unclear so that I can remember them after the meeting. For example, iPhone users who don't have their name changed come in as iPhone. This happens multiple times, so I can have 5 different iPhone users. I rename them to keep track of them. This new report does not maintain the name change. It reverts all of the name changes back to the original name, so I've lost all the work that I have done. I also noticed that the report does not go by entrance anymore. 

 

Is there anything I can do to stop it from reverting and taking away all the name changes? Is there any way to go back to the previous report format?

I’m reaching out regarding an issue we’re experiencing with the Zoom App integration in Zapier, specifically with the 'New Meeting Summary' trigger.

The goal of the automation is to extract meeting summaries generated by Zoom. However, the connection has been quite unstable—it works intermittently, and we’re unable to identify a consistent pattern. Below is the error message which is coming up:

Unable to pull meeting summaries
Please reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact support.
Error code: Error while retrieving: The app returned "entity not exist".

I've already tried troubleshooting on the Zapier side by reconnecting the existing app connection and setting up a new one, but the issue persists.

I’ve also contacted the Zapier support team, but I was wondering if you might have any insights into why this might be happening or if this is a known issue.

Looking forward to your guidance.
