Resolved! Mac Studio video freezing only in Zoom

I am using a 2022 Mac Studio with an Apple M1 Max chip. Running Sequoia 15.4.1. I'm hard wired to a 1300Mbps internet connection. Using Zoom Version 6.4.6. Every few minutes the video freezes for 3-5 seconds, then catches up again. It only happens in Zoom, never in MS Teams or FaceTime. I have uninstalled and re-installed Zoom and even purchased a new 4k camera to see if that helps. Still the same freezing issue. Has anyone found a solution?

Zoom is crashing

I have multiple people that are in Zoom for Government meetings. When they get put into a breakout room zoom crashes. Has anyone experienced this? It's not just one PC or internet connections, it is happening to multiple people so I'm led to believe ... Show more

Resolved! Low audio volume

Hi,since I updated Zoom to version 6.0.x on my laptop (windows 10), the audio volume is very low.I've not been in a larger meeting since the update, only one-on-one meetings. My audio volume is just like always, I can hear just fine in every other ap... Show more

since I updated Zoom to version 6.0.x on my laptop (windows 10), the audio volume is very low.

I've not been in a larger meeting since the update, only one-on-one meetings. My audio volume is just like always, I can hear just fine in every other application. The sound test in zoom is also ok, I hear myself clearly, the volume of the test sound is adequate. 

However, I can hardly hear the people that are in the meeting with me.  I have to turn up the volume on my laptop to a degree, that it hurts my ears when I run an audio anywhere else.

What can I do to solve this?

Dear Zoom Community I have a single monthly subscription for Zoom. The check for updates is missing from my profile. The trouble shooting advice tells me to contact my IT Admin team - as a single user I don't have one, so the advice is inappropriate.... Show more

Red ! no audio video

All of a sudden when I log into zoom meeting new box appears, are you sure you don't want audio and video. Only option is yes. The Audio and video have redline with Triangle and !. I click it but won't allow to turn on

It doesn't happens on any other app neither if I use my airpods for zoom meetings on my iphone. what can I do about it?

Zoom crashing when joining breakout room

Having an issue when joining breakout rooms - both when manually tryinging to join myself or when the host invites me.

 

It causes the app to essentially freeze, going to a black screen, with a loading icon. I then get stuck between the breakout and main room, and can't access either and have to leave the meeting - but I think also have to force close zoom to get it to actually exit the meeting. 

 

I also know this is happening to a few others. 

 

I am on a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, one UI version 6.1, Android version 14. Zoom version 6.1.7.23563 (updated on August 6th)

 

Any help and advice would be appreciated
