Hi! 

I am trying to launch my meeting, but when I click "Open Zoom Meeting", it says we in my status that I am "In a Meeting". I have tried to quit zoom and even restarted my computer and I still keep having the same problem. I will get a pop up window asking if I want to leave the other meeting, but when I click "Leave Now" nothing happens.

I tried on another computer and had no issue. 

Hi guys, how do i get the 720p resolution in recordings ?  ive set HD in video settings. Checked the enable compatibility format for post editing. However i still not able to achive the 720p resolution. I just get the standard low resolution. I record it to my computer.

I need to highlight that if i randomly start a meeting and record, i achieve the 720p. This in a free account. But when i record in a paid account, i am not able to achieve 720p, except once. In that recording there was only one other participant. 

I tried changing hosts and had it record from another computer, still no luck.  Any ideas ?

Is there a dashboard feature from which we can see how many minutes total a recording has been watched? I know that we can download individual reports and calculate from there, but is there a more general dashboard that has this info on it?

Hi all, 

I went in to manually copy the information for a recorded meeting using the share functionality and the button which expands this window to show all the info seems to be gone. Now, it seems I have to use a copy button and can only copy the meeting link and password.  Also, the meeting link is not shown in its entirety so I have to copy the link and pw together, paste them somewhere else and then re-copy to enter into a spreadsheet.  Also, I then have to copy and paste the meeting title and time and date from elsewhere.  How is this an enhancement? 

I already have to spend extra time labeling all of my recurring meetings since they are titled, "personal meeting room" and the day of the week is not listed in the recording list, so I have to have my calendar open and figure out which meeting is which. 
I'd like the software set back to the way it was so I can easily expand the meeting recording info in full and copy the meeting name, date, and time with the recording link and the pw into an email to share with clients, and also into my spreadsheet.  Help!

I'm trying to gauge if getting systems with discrete GPU's is worth it as we start to do more with audio/video collaboration. I'm looking at the Dell Precision line which has a variety of discrete GPU's and in some initial testing I tend to notice a difference. I can't find anything from Zoom stating if this is a recommended configuration to help optimize performance. Anyone can share any data on this?? Thanks much!!

I have seen in a recent meeting I have gone to where ALL participants are muted and the participants use the RAISE HAND function to indicate they want to speak and the HOST has total control of giving a person permission to unmute so that no other people can accidently unmute or stay unmute and cause a disturbance to the meeting. Then when the person is done, the HOST can mute them again.

I am just wondering how to set that up?
