Is there a way to have participant videos turn on automatically when they enter breakout rooms, and turn off when they leave breakout rooms?  (Possible confidentiality concerns in the main room)

OR

Is there a way for participant videos to remain off (no ability to turn them on) in the main room, and have the option to turn video on in the breakout rooms only?

Without affecting the host/cohosts videos

I know Focus mode works in the main session, but is it available in the breakout rooms?

because more and more Zoom bombers come in the meetings, so if I only allow co-hosts show their video/profile picture and turn off other participants' video/picture in main session and breakout rooms, is it possible?

I recorded a meeting to my desktop.  My zoom account does not show the recording.  I cannot find it on my computer.  Also, although I ended the meeting, my zoom account still shows it as an "Upcoming Meeting," and has the button for me to start the meeting.  What do I do?  Thank you 

we had a training on zoom last night and the recording was done and when link and password was sent it could not be opened.  what can be done about it

I searched but could not find this issue anywhere. We have a background image that we are using for all of our employees. It is clean and we've found helps improve our branding. Right now we are requiring all employees to manually upload the PNG image to their account and use it for the Virtual Background. Is there a way I as the Owner can "push" the image and make it required for all of our users? Any ideas?

First time posting on any message board.  Look forward to input from others.  I'm fairly new to Zoom Admin.  

1. When I started using Zoom Admin Business (about a year ago) the look was clean and easy to operate.  Scheduling, recording, and sharing recorded meeting were very easy and always worked.  Is it possible to change format back?  Pop up window used to establish setting for sharing a recorded video does not work.  I have unchecked the ability for a shared video to be downloaded, but recipient is allowed to download shared video.  Old format used to trim video was a lot better.  Overall, for me, the updates are a step back.  Maybe if I was a seasoned tech coordinator the updates would be an improvement. 

2. Please help - do I have the option to revert to previous format or is there a setting that will change the look.  After unchecking the ability to download a shared video, why can recements still download?  

3. Thank you in advanced.  I am in a bind.  Have video that need to be shared for work, but cannot until these issues are resolved.
