During meetings, I cannot see participant's video but they can see mine. The audio is fine.

Hi, I'm Stay. I'm a WP developer. I am currently working on a kitchen appliances provider website for a client and my client wants to integrate zoom for customer support. This is a product-based website. We have a simple chat system for support and my client wants to take it to a further level. Is it possible through some plugin or custom code that I can integrate zoom on the website?

Choice of language in Zoom interface.

My OS is in Italian language, but for the most I have connectin and calls with peoples in English language, so everuthing is a meesage ready to send (for instance the link to a call) is localized for my country but not for my nedds.I would have an op... Show more

I would have an option for choosing the interface language!

Hi,

we tested the interpreter functionality on Zoom Room systems and found some differencies between teh operation of the Windows based, and the Android system;

customer set two translated languages: English (which is among the defaults), and Hungarian (added as custom).

The Android based system shows both languages available, while the Windows based shows the English only.

(also on the list of participants, the interpreter is marked with 'EN' when act as english translator, but when set as Hungarian, the "HU" mark only appears on the Android's lsit, bit not on Windows)

Did anyone had the same issue ever?

Should be the cause that one is custom language, while the other is a custom added?

Any ideas appreciated!

When does the 40 minutes start?

WHY is it so hard to find the answer to this question? I like to start the meeting a couple minutes early and wait for my language partner. Does that effectively start the meeting or is it when she joins the meeting. Seems like a simple question. Can... Show more

I am a new Zoom admin for an organization and would like to know if Zoom retains the cloud recordings for any users we move to a Basic account.

 

Things to Note:

  • We are currently provisioning Zoom accounts through OneLogin and looking to implement a process where we downgrade their license based on an internal status. Ideally we'd like to be able to do this without losing access to any cloud recordings.

I am a teaching teacher, my Zoom Pro account was disabled for unknown reasons and I have submitted an appeal using the form below. But it seems this function is not responding. The team can tell me why I got locked out of my account without violating anything and how long it will take to get a response if I file an appeal. I desperately need to reopen my account for teaching and learning. Thank you

Retrieve 1-1 Chat History

I had a meeting where I asked attendees to direct message their answers to a co-host. The co-host did not save the chat on their end.  Is there a way to retrieve it from Zoom cloud?
