We had a number of registrants unable to join a recent Zoom meeting that required registration. We had uploaded a large list of people who were preapproved (via CSV), but all registration questions were in place before we uploaded that list. A significant number were unable to join and/or were asked to edit their registration.

I'm recording some interviews, and I'd like to edit the video with each speaker recorded as a separate file. I've checked the 'Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately' setting in account settings in Zoom and then recorded an interview (meeting), then recording to the cloud, but it is still just recording the gallery view. Is there a way to ensure this actually works? My end game is to edit the video in Premiere Pro, which is why I want the highest possible resolution video of each individual speaker in separate video files. I thought that was possible in Zoom - if not I'd love to find out what the best alternative is! And if so I'd love to know how to make it happen reliably.

Hi, I've been trying over the last year to solve an audio issue--on my Mac Studio (2024 M2 Max) I can't get Zoom to pick up any piano or ukulele playing no matter what audio setting I've tried--and I've done every combination of setting on every mode/profile. The strange part is on my older laptop (2021 MacBook Air), there is no issue. I've multiple mics, and nothing works. I've looked into changing the mic Mode on the settings on my Mac to see if it's filtering audio out somehow, but that doesn't do anything either. I've contacted Zoom support and they couldn't solve. Does anyone know what a possible solution could be? It'd be nice to be able to not have to use my old laptop for piano lessons and music making sessions because the desktop won't pick up any instrument audio (it picks up a voice just fine). At most I get very filtered and in/out sound when playing piano or ukulele. I'd appreciate any advice or tips! Matt

Is there any way for me to set a limit on how loud the volume can get on a zoom room controller? Currently we need to set the volume to about 25% as we get above that it gets way too loud
what to do when closed captioning is not available in my account when I logged in using the web browser. Only manual captioning option is available. But when I log in using the zoom app, it is available.
Hi. I am doing music/composing lessons with Zoom, and me and my student would like to both share our computer audio simultaneously to quickly be able to play or show musical examples to each other, or show musical exercises without having to manually unshare and share our screen every time the other one wants to play something or show something from the music software on our computer. Is there a way to do that? Because it seems only one participant can share screen with audio at a time. Also, how do I turn of the extreme noise cancelling on my microphone? I have tried everything, but Zoom seems to filter out everything that is not a voice, like clapping, musical instruments etc, which I don't want as we want to be able to clap and sing ideas to each other without the clapping being cut out, or me playing guitar, etc etc.

I'm at my whits end right now. I recently installed Windows 11 on my new computer and downloaded the newest version of Zoom. Since then, I am unable to login to my Zoom Workplace account via the Google login. It takes around 20-30 times of repeatadly trying to login via Google before it does. Then, when it finally logs in, it will not connect to my meetings. I'm getting error 5003 when doing so.
I've tried troubleshooting connection issues, but can't find a solution. Is anyone else having this issue? Would this be an issue with my network driver (Killer(TM) Wi-Fi 7 BE1750x 320MHz Wireless Network Adapter (BE200NGW))?
Any help would be great. It's caused a massive headache for my work productivity.

I joined a zoom meeting with a meeting room number a scammer shared with me. I didn't share screen or enable remote control during the zoom call. Can the scammer remote control my computer and install malware?
