We need zoom to allow us to bypass built-in audio processing like original sound, noise suppression or live performance for musicians. Those features okay but not in every scenario. We find it messing with our mix streaming live performances. It would be great if we can choose whether we want to use this features or not. So maybe in future updates we could have something like “bypass”, “deactivated zoom processing” or “computer raw audio”

Today I can no longer find my recurring meetings in the “zoom Workplace” via PC. They are there on my cell phone or when I go to my Zoom account via my browser, but not when I go to the “Meetings” tab in “zoom Workplace” (i.e. the app) on my PC.
Can you give me a tip?

All reports missing for last month in new UI

I can't find any more Reports from the meetings I've had over the last month. Seems like there was a migration to new UI today and there are no reports to found anymore! I tried playing with filters in old Usage and also brand new Meeting and webinar... Show more

I can't find any more Reports from the meetings I've had over the last month.

Both are empty even thought I've had 20 meetings in last 30 days.

 

It is crucial that I get attendance reports as government regulations demand it. 

 

What can be done?

 

I am including a paste from new screen in Reports -> Usage Reports -> Meeting and Webinar History

Hi,

 

Has anyone experienced an issue with Zoom Meetings where random participants are being automatically assigned as interpreters once the interpretation feature is started?

 

The two interpreters that were assigned show as interpreters in the participant list, but also two other random participants were showing as interpreters in the participant list (but not the "Manage Interpreters" list, strangely, so we couldn't remove them). We were able to fix the issue by folks out and log back in and then re-starting the interpretation.

 

One of our interpreters mentioned that this also happened at an earlier meeting that they were interpreting for.

Hello,

I would like to ask you one question. In January I made an very important call which was recorded via Zoom. Not knowing how the Zoom works, I thought it will be saved in my acccount just on MS Teams and therefore I dont have to save it. Nevertheless the Zoom asked me if I want to save recording on Cloud or to computer. I didnt want to upgrade my account, so I have chosen the option save to desktop. The problem is, my desktop was damaged and unable to restore the data. So I lost the way to my recording. Is there any chance , how I can get my recording back via Zoom? Or how to reach customer service, any mail or phone number or person I can contact? Do they somehow have access to your account and content? Thanks a lot.

Resolved! chat window integrated into side by side view face.

I am a student and wanted to see this implemented because we have professor lecturing which requires chat participation. it is annoying me that I have to bring up a chat window and close it because it obstructs the presentation.

Resolved! Audio Files producing two track Stereo files vs Mono

I have been using Zoom Meetings to Record Guest interviews for my podcast for two years. I have always been able to produce the separate files for each speaker and have them produced in MONO format for uploading to Audacity (where I do my editing). L... Show more

I have been using Zoom Meetings to Record Guest interviews for my podcast for two years.  I have always been able to produce the separate files for each speaker and have them produced in MONO format for uploading to Audacity (where I do my editing).  Last week They started to produce as multi track stereo files (two tracks per speaker).  I checked all my settings, even uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, but still am having the issue.  I am getting separate files for each speaker still, but they are no longer mono.  Not sure where else to look. 

 

I have original sound for musicians checked and High Fidelity music mode but DO NOT have Stereo Audio checked

Supported Magewell capture device showing up as camera feed

We have a PC running Zoom client (5.14.11, which is another discussion since I do not see this version or the newest version 5.15.5 on Zooms road map list for 2023), a Magewell USB Capture HDMI 4K Plus which shows as a supported device and another laptop connected over HDMI to the Magewell. The Magewell shows up as a second camera feed even though it is supported as a content share device. Magewell is on current firmware.

 

Are we missing something? A setting or piece of hardware? We have tried this with multiple PCs/laptops with all resulting in the same issue. Any help is appreciated.
