Note that these are not scheduled meetings.

Our company has one account with a primary user. This primary user has always been on a pro license. We also had 2 other free accounts. We noticed that when the primary user starts or joins a meeting after another user is in a meeting, the other users' meetings are ended. To solve this problem we upgraded the other accounts so the other accounts now also have paid pro status. The problem of the primary users' meeting ending the other users' meetings is still happening. Why is this happening and how do we fix this?

I had a very disappointing experience when giving a presentation in Zoom today on web page accessibility. When I'm using Zoom, the arrow keys no longer work to navigate web pages in VoiceOver. There's no feedback; pressing the key just doesn't work. The exact same steps work fine when I'm not also running Zoom.

As a result, I wasn't actually able to show the people on the call how to navigate within a web page in VoiceOver, which was the whole point of my presentation.

Is this a bug, or something I've overlooked in the settings?

Steps to reproduce:

  1. On MacOS, enable VoiceOver.
  2. Open Safari. Go to any web page.
  3. Enter the web content area. Use the up and down arrows to navigate through elements in the page.
    • Expected: pressing the up and down arrows navigates between VoiceOver-accessible elements in the page
    • Actual: as expected
  4. Start Zoom.
  5. Switch back to Safari.
  6. Enter the web content area (if needed). Use the up and down arrows to navigate through elements in the page.
    • Expected: pressing the up and down arrows navigates between VoiceOver-accessible elements in the page
    • Actual: pressing the up and down arrows does nothing. There's no feedback in VoiceOver indicating that there's a problem.
  7. Quit Zoom
  8. Switch back to Safari
  9. Enter the web content area (if needed). Use the up and down arrows to navigate through elements in the page.
    • Expected: pressing the up and down arrows navigates between VoiceOver-accessible elements in the page
    • Actual: as expected

The Motley Fool has almost 640 employees working across its offices in the United States and abroad, and its success relies on these employees working together closely to provide relevant and accurate stock analysis to various markets. Zoom had the pleasure of sitting down with Lawrence Morrisson, Head of IT, at The Motley Fool as he shared how their employees are embracing this remote culture and leveraging Zoom.

“We're deeply rooted in collaboration, in strong relationships, in fun. You know the chat you get when you're waiting for the cappuccino to finish pouring in the coffee machine? That’s the stuff that you can't really plan for [when in office]; it just kind of happens. With virtual first, that's become a lot harder. So a challenge for all companies right now, and certainly one that I think about a lot is - how do we keep people connected and socializing?” - Lawrence Morrisson, Head of IT, at The Motley Fool

Trying to figure out how to do this.  Here is the flow on how I get my meetings...

Client books on calendly

Request goes to department head - who then assigns the meetings out through Google email

When I accept ownership, I am wanting to assign a random Zoom ID for the meeting rather than my personal number as sometimes I have meetings that go back to back

How can I assign that random number while editing the meeting request in Google?  Hope this makes sense.

My virtual background and filters say that I have none. I did have them, but they've disappeared!

My backgrounds and filters have disappeared.  How can I reload them?

Also, aren't there default backgrounds and filters on Zoom?

User Guide on how to join a Zoom meeting and control in-meeting features

Do we have a user manual about how participants can join a meeting and use in-meeting features?

Need to share it with the participants to understand the Zoom functionality for smooth collaboration.
