I am the admin. I added my assistant as a user. We record a meeting to the cloud. My assistant can access the recording but it doesn't show up on my list of recordings. My assistant can't download the files without selecting an application. I can down load files from meetings I schedule and then select the application. As the admin - why can't I access all recordings? Why can't my assistant download the recordings? Thanks

Hi, on scheduling a zoom meeting in outlook on behalf of someone else the Schedule for field remains for myself for one user, whereas it changes automatically when I schedule meetings for other executives to their name in their calendars. I have editor rights for all calendars. Please advise how to change it to default to that user's name on behalf of whom I schedule the meetings. Thanks. For your reference:

First I connect my iPad Pro 2022 with a cable to my MacBook Pro 2018. Then I start the Zoom client, start a meeting, and share my IPad screen with the cable option. I seems to work fine, but my problem is I hear a occasional buzz through the laptop speakers. It there someone who recognizes this problem, and has fixed it?

Hi - I work for a small non profit and need to schedule a board meeting. I want to invite board members DIRECTLY from Zoom. All instructions I see say I need to cut and paste the details and invite via another calendar. We do NOT have a business license; in other words, we are not integrated into a single system. The individuals are listed in my zoom contact list. Is it possible to invite DIRECTLY from Zoom and not through a third party calendar? Thanks!

Hi, So I normally record meetings locally and its no problem getting separate audio for each person and it just shows up on the audio folder on computer but for an upcoming meeting i need to record to the cloud not locally. I have confirmed all my video and audio recording settings including record audio for each participant separately are correct. I did a test meeting and the cloud shows 7 files but only downloads 3 and only one audio file of everyone together. I get this heads up when I download that it wont automatically download each participant audio but I can choose that in the list but there is no option in the dropdown - so where is the list that they speak of, how do i get the remaining file? Please help!!!
