Having two frustrated issue right now.

1. Some of the participant will lost audio (even though audio still show connected) when there is new participant join the meeting. 

2. Part of participant will be muted when new participant join (mobile user have reinstall Zoom and updated to latest version, although zoom setting have de-select "Mute all participant when they join a meeting".

Please help on this as this major issue.

Lors de mes réunions Zoom, je rencontre des problèmes pour partager des audios, que ce soit depuis mon ordinateur, format m4a ou mp3 ou depuis mon Ipad non connecté à l'ordinateur.

J'ai fait ces partages d'audio sans difficultés pendant plusieurs mois et là ça ne fonctionne plus ou de façon aléatoire.

Je coche bien l'audio partage d'écran avec l'audio partagé en stéréo....

Ça ne fonctionne pas non plus avec l'audio en mono.

Merci beaucoup pour votre aide car c'est un gros problème qui remet totalement en question une partie importante de mon activité. Une réponse en français serait un plus 😁

During my Zoom meetings, I have problems sharing audios, whether from my computer, m4a or mp3 format or from my Ipad not connected to the computer.

I did these audio sharing without difficulty for several months and there it no longer works or randomly.

I check the screen sharing audio with the audio shared in stereo....

It also doesn't work with mono audio.

As a host, I want to be able to bring up individually 5 documents during a meeting.   I don't want to navigate away from the files that are brought up when I click the share button.  Is there a way to be sure that the document I want to share will consistently show up as one of the documents shown in the share screen?

Mac Pro (late '13 black trashcan, Intel Xeon E5) running Monterey 12.6.1 and Zoom 5.12.9 (13190)

Have used/enjooyed Zoom without incident for years. Until a few months ago I was able to select a photo on my Mac and use it as my background picture on Zoom; recently that ended (can't tell if that was Mac OS or Zoom update). Is that option no longer available?  If it is still available, is there a summary of the current process to use it on a Mac?

Hi, 

Sometimes, when zoom is launched or when someone  shares their screen on zoom, my computer monitor flickers, white/grey colours most affected. It doesn't happen when I share my screen. 

Even when I quit the zoom app, the flickering will stay, sometimes for a few days before it eventually dies down and completely stops. The flicker will even occur if I disconnect my laptop (so that there are no inputs into the monitor).

The problem doesn't happen often but when it does it drive me nuts as it's really uncomfortable for the eyes. 

I've tried replacing my monitor under warranty and I still have the same issue. The monitor is connected to a MacBook Air (M1, 2020). I've also tried:

• Turning the monitor on and off
• Using a different cable
• Using a different laptop
• Changing the setting on my Mac (colour profile, True Tone, Resolution, Refresh Rate = 60Htz)

Please help!
