subscription for zoo meeting
i just purchased zoom subscription but i dont see it on my account i even tried relogging in with multiple devices. i do have the mails for my subscription but it doesn't show the subscription

I have a Basic account, and host a scheduled weekly meeting. Anyone with the link can join. No waiting room. This week, the meeting terminated unexpectedly early - there was about 7 minutes remaining on MY countdown timer. I got the big 'Need more time?' popup message at the usual time - around 30 minutes in. I suspect that it was because someone entered the meeting 10 minutes early, then left the meeting early (that was the only difference I know of compared to other meetings that lasted 40 minutes). Oh, and this week I dismissed the popup message (I usually just leave it there). There were no noticeable connection issues. Can someone shed any light on this, specifically what should I do to ensure I get the full 40 minutes? Should I perhaps use the waiting room to prevent people from joining early and starting the timer? Thank you in advance for any helpful hints!

Until last week, I could slightly shrink the zoom webinar chat (horizontally). While I can still shrink it vertically, it no longer seems possible to shrink it horizontally. I believe that my Zoom auto-updated and this is what caused the change (Version: 6.4.7 (64367)). I'm running Windows 11. This is extremely annoying; even before I was annoyed that I could only shrink it a little bit - I really have no clue why zoom restricts how narrow we can make various windows (the Q&A and poll windows are also huge and unshrinkable). Any reason that the ability to shrink the chat at least a little bit was removed? I've done pretty exhaustive searches (including talking to Zoom's AIBot, which admitted that it didn't have an answer to my question) and can't find any info related to this issue.

Hey folks, trying to access and change the virtual backgrounds on this app. Note on the right-hand side of the settings screen says this feature is "Locked by admin". What?? I AM the admin - at least I guess I am . I own the account and I'm the only one who uses it. A pop-up note says I need to be running Windows 7 and above. The PC I'm using runs on Windows 8.1. I'm at a loss as to how I can open the virtual background features on this PC. I'm able to do it on a MacBook Pro, but unfortunately, it's a year too old to function properly. Any help or advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi! I can see my account which is a pro one, has a lot of settings blocked. It seems I am not being recognized as an admin. I don't have any other user in my account, only me. The thing is I want to change some settings as the meeting passcode required to join but I can't change that. This is the message I get in the dashboard (see screenshot) Well, it says to contact the admin but I never blocked the setting options and I AM certainly the admin of the account. Any ideas on what is the problem? Thanks

I have installed zoom app in Mac but it seems not let me login using my id. Every time it says that unable to connect to internet.
So i have been receiving this error when the host share the screen and i take control - "Your internet connection is unstable " & the control lags a lot, i cannot get any work done. I have followed the following steps which i found on the internet and the forum - 1. I was on W ifi , checked the speed , its still works good (45 mbps). 2. Tried with wired connection, same problem 3. Tried with zoom browser client , same problem 4. upgraded to latest zoom version, same problem 5.ran the network connectivity tool inside zoom, all looks good there but the problem still persists. 6. Have prioritized the zoom application in task manager at the highest, still same problem I'm so fed up with this error now, i cant get any work done. we bought the yearly package of zoom for this sole purpose & its just useless now. Will appreciate if anyone can provide any solution.

Hi out there, I'm trying to use Powerpoint slides as a virtual background for a presentation bu can't see the option to allow me to do that in Advanced Screen Sharing. I've downloaded the lastest desktop version, and checked my web profile and the desktop settings allow VB, and I thought I'd done it before, but now when I follow the instructions I can't see the option. This is all I can see Can someone suggest what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance Tony

I amm trying to find/access Zoom's attendance reports but all I can see are registrants. Can anyone advise how to access who actually attended and for how long?

I've just started exploring workflows and am trying to build one to save meeting summaries to our CRM. I've found the template which will create a document from each meeting summary - that all makes sense. But I can't see any way to post to a webhook from a workflow, or any other means to send the data to another app. There are only 19 workflow automation apps on the marketplace. None of them are for my CRM and none offer a general-purpose way to send data, like posting to a webhook or calling Make. Am I missing something? If there a way to do this that I'm overlooking? Thanks.
