sharing screen no longer possible
Hello everybody
I can't share my screen anymore during a meeting. When I press the button "share" and then "screen", instead of sharing, the meeting is recorded. Can anyone please help? Thank you very much!

Hello, I can't find this exact issue here yet. I am a delegate for a user and when creating new zoom meetings for that user it creates duplicate meetings with the same ID. This can only be viewed by logging in on the web app and viewing the users meetings. It creates only one meeting on the calendar. Both meetings seem to be functioning properly as the same meeting - meaning, when the zoom link is clicked from the invite, it starts as usual for all attendees, it showed that both meetings are currently in process (little red camera next to zoom link on web app). When I delete one, both are deleted. Very odd, I guess it's not hurting anything as it seems to be functioning fine, but it is just filling up pages of double meetings on the web app. I have re-synced, re-added the account, done all the things to try to get my account to sync correctly with the users account. Help!

screen control option not available for chrome os zoom app. anyone plz help
I have this problem where when I join a Zoom meeting, the client kicks me out as soon as I'm in. This happens whether a host invites me in (restricted access) or a non-restricted access meeting. This happens on only a singular device, Windows 10, desktop pc. It is not limited to the signed-in account. I have uninstalled and re-installed the Zoom software 3 times and that has not changed the problem on this one device. This problem has persisted for over a month, wherein this post is heavily linked to it. I noticed that someone else had commented on that post (2025-03-02) the exact same day the issue started happening to me, which leads me to believe that there was an update around that time that restricted devices from behaving properly with Zoom's update. I would consider myself pretty tech literate - I have no idea why this happens. Any suggestions are more than appreciated.

Need to know how to hide individual profiles.
Only option we see is to turn off all profiles.
Several months ago, I attached the live streaming keys/URL no problem & I was able to start a Zoom & have the live stream stream into a Facebook group page. For the last few days, I have had nothing but problems with the Zoom app, "Live Streaming." It has 2 going at once, it says it's live streaming & it's not, Facebook doesn't see it as connected & when I select custom stream it gives me a Zoom page error saying I'm just not able to. What in the world is going on? The last 2 nights I had to delete the app & reload it in & then I could stream to Facebook. Today was Day 1 of my official challenge & no such luck. Errors all over the place! Embarrassing & had to use my phone for a serious live presentation, which was not seemless at all as I could not share my screen from my phone. PLEASE! I have a PAID account! How do I NOT have access to speak to someone on the phone!? I am so PISSED right now, I need some answers.

How is the color of the participant initials (that appear next to their name) determined in the participant list/chat/Q&A? Colors change when you or the participant changes their name.

I am the admin how to disable the cloud recording downloads in single user?
I meet regularly with someone else who has her own zoom account, she used her account number for the meeting. Is there someplace within my own account that I can schedule this meeting, using her account number, or do I need to keep hitting the link which I have to locate somewhere else (like on my Ical, where it somehow got corrupted)?
