First, I manually input the meeting ID. Then I input the meeting passcode. Then I choose to "Join with Video." After doing this, it will load for a moment before saying "The meeting has been ended by the host."  Is there any solution to this?

I have a participant who wants to change the name that shows up when they join from an iPhone.  They have already gone into the iphone and changed the device name in Settings > General > About > Name and changed the name of their iPhone device.  They have also checked the iCloud account.   The Zoom meeting is still opening with the old name.

Is there somewhere else on the iPhone that Zoom is using for the name of the participant?  As the moderator I can change it once they join, but I want it to be different when they are joining.

Any ideas?

i have videos embedded in my powerpoint presentation that play perfect on my end but are not recording all of the sound properly and the participants say that the audio & video is wonky when it's playing.

Meeting, myself and another person. The picture of the meeting shows only the other person. My name appears but not the video view. Audio fine. I purchased a new camera, same results. I deleted and then reinstalled Zoom, same results.  How can I get the features to  work properly.

Hi there: am new here - checking with the expert. for organizing a zoom meeting with Polling. I want the alternate host to help post the polling while I do the sharing.  I have already set up my zoom account setting to add allow the alternate host to do the polling.  when I sent the link out - should I add the alternate host user from the plug-in setting? 

We use Zoom for our courses, resulting in about 300 course recordings per year. Attendees don't register for these sessions within Zoom; we handle access to the meeting links through our membership management software. 

Currently, I build a page of links to recordings using the API and publish that page on a member-restricted web page. I would like to get out of the business of maintaining that code. 

If we had attendees register for the meetings, is there a way within the Zoom ecosystem for members to find the recordings? (I suspect not, but remain hopeful.) 

Hi there - every time I go to start a meeting in zoom it always goes to a box saying 'installing updates; and then nothing happens and I've got to close it all down and try and start the meeting up again. This happens if either I am attempting to start my own meeting or someone else's. Why? What can I do to change this?
