Hello -

I can't get audio out of Cubase when I screenshare.  Other participants use other DAWs such as Ableton, and in their DAWs is an audio out that says "Zoom" or something like that.

In Cubase there is no such audio out.

So, how do I get my Cubase audio into Zoom?

I've tried changing drivers, etc.  Nothing seems to work.

thoughts?

thanks - Richard

p.s. I'm running Cubase 8 Pro on a Windows 10 Pro machine.

I can't select a gallery view on my iMAC desktop that I bought a couple of months ago. It’s a personal account. The speaker is full screen and I’m in the upper right hand corner. It happens on meetings arranged by others as well

Admittedly I have downloaded a few programs for my new job such as a screen recorder Flashback Pro. I have rebooted a few times, but same problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Gordon

When I am on meetings, my breakout rooms sometimes glitch when I try to move between rooms as the host or co-host. It shows the square “thinking” icon like it’s going to move me to the requested room, but then it just puts me back into the same room or main session (depending on where I’m moving from). Anyone else have this problem and/or a solution?

Live Translations / Closed Captions

Issue: Intermittent translations as well as closed captioning on browser and desktop client

Attempted: Update Browser and client, changed mics, wired internet connection, Auto captions enabled, and reaching out to support.

With Show Captions on, Speaking Language: English, Translation to Spanish, and Show original and translation, getting random bursts of actual captioning, but not a steady caption. Anyone else having this issue?

Note: We do have the proper licensing for this feature. Is this related to Zoom back end cloud computing provisioning for translations?

Thanks!

There were 3 attendees to the meeting and none of them recognised these 2 strangers, could somebody tell me how these 2 uninvited attendees got hold of the zoom link?

Thank you

I need to create Zoom Meetings with required registration, but those registrants are permitted to invite their colleagues, who do not need to register; they can just join. When the initial person registers, they receive an email with a unique link. If they share that link, other people will join with their name. Is there any way to avoid this?

I cannot edit the registration confirmation email to show only the generic join link, which would solve the problem.

Instead of having different binary packages for each supported distribution, it would be great to have an official AppImage compatible with all of them. This would solve possible problems with the current packages as, for example, the missing dependencies of the current .deb Debian package in Debian Sid.

For your reference, there's an unofficial AppImage in https://github.com/probonopd/Zoom.AppImage.

Dear All,

I am hosting a large meeting with 1000 participants. I have already enabled the option "Require authentication to join

:Sign in to Zoom" to avoid problems while opening the pre-assigned breakout rooms. At present I am facing a problem of same participant with same Zoom ID  joining to the meeting from multiple devices for the same meeting. Due to this I need to have a lot of admin task (to move these duplicate participant manually to breakout rooms). So if there is an option to restrict this multiple entry through different devices  that will solve my problem, please advise.

Regards

Ebey Samuel
