I work for a company that just acquired another small company. The employees at this company are using mostly personal devices.  One user has been trying to log in, but is getting the following error when he tries to log in through SSO:  

Something went wrong while you tried signing in with SSO. To further troubleshoot the issue, please contact your admin and provide the following tracking ID.

We tried manually creating an account, but logging in with that produced the same error. I'd love some insight on what might be causing this, and how to fix it.

Audio & video share with youtube

Hello, 
I am doing a presentation and it looks like the audio  & video that I want to share via Youtube is not smooth and sounds not good..while sharing the screen. 
I did share audio and choose stereo, Am I missing something  else ?

HOST PC'S sound and screen is disappeared suddenly.

Last week we were training chorus and sending our training live image to remote members by Zoom.

But suddenly , both sound and live screen was disappeared. 

We have never experienced such thing so far,so I would like to know the reason and solutions about it.

Closed Caption button missing in previously existing meetings after enabling Live Transcript

My organization's IT dept auto-enabled all Closed Caption toggles (see image) but this new change only is applied to new meetings. However, most existing meetings are recurring and are hosted by other managers, who may be hesitant to delete & resend ... Show more

My organization's IT dept auto-enabled all Closed Caption toggles (see image) but this new change only is applied to new meetings. However, most existing meetings are recurring and are hosted by other managers, who may be hesitant to delete & resend new meeting invites. Currently the old meetings do not have the Closed Caption Button (see other image - this CC panel does not exist in old meetings). How can I enabled Closed Captions in old meetings when the button isn't there?

Lost sound on the whole computer

When I enter a conference, the sound on the entire computer disappears, and only the zoom sound remains

Can't find cloud recording

I was recording as a cohost on someone else's pro plan (I have the basic plan) and I pressed record to cloud. It seemed like it was working but I never received the recording and I'm worried that it's because I have the Zoom basic plan. I googled it ... Show more

I was recording as a cohost on someone else's pro plan (I have the basic plan) and I pressed record to cloud. It seemed like it was working but I never received the recording and I'm worried that it's because I have the Zoom basic plan. I googled it later and cloud recordings are no longer available to people who have basic plans.  I don't know why it would let me record onto the cloud, though, if that's no longer an option. Is all hope lost? Should I keep waiting for an email? Is the pro plan user going to receive the recording I made instead?

Cam is Zoomed in on Zoom through browser

Hello fellow Zoomers,

 

I have a rather perplexing problem - when I am on Zooms meeting through my browser (Google Chrome), my cam is zoomed in to approx 120% but it is not of my doing. I checked all my settings and it's all what it should be.  

 

Features of this Problem

- To be sure on where the problem is, I used another videoconf service on Chrome and the cam is as it should be, at 100%. So, the problem is not with the browser. Attached is a comparison between what my cam looks like on zoom vs other vconf service on the same browser taken at the same time. 

- Back on my Zoom meeting page, I looked at the console and an error was found - it says 

 

Page layout may be unexpected due to Quirks Mode
One or more documents in this page is in Quirks Mode, which will render the affected document(s) with quirks incompatible with the current HTML and CSS specifications.

 

Could this be the issue causing my cam to be zoomed in?

> If so, is it something I can fix? Or is it something Zoom has to fix?

Any help would be much appreciated. I've been googling and trying all sorts of things for more than a week now to no avail. Thanks!

I am taking an exercise class using zoom. I tried accessing on my Android phone today and could not get the sound turned on. I have to deactivate my video and the sound at my end, which is easy to do on Android tablet. But I couldn't figure out how to get the sound on the phone. I know there was sound, because I switched to my tablet. Can anyone just walk me through deactivating my video and my mike, yet retaining the sound from the meeting source? Thank you!

Virtual background

It worked once last year and hasn't since then. Why am I still getting the halo affect, even with a green screen, when I try to use a virtual background?
