Hello everybody,

so the issue is the following:

With my macbook i cant enter zoom anymore, it says its a network error but I tried everything

I tried connecting to my phones hotspot, to the wifi and to a VPN -> All 3 did lead to the same issue

I cant join a meeting or zoom in general

then i tried it again with my iphone, same Apple ID, same Zoom account -> Everything works perfectly fine, it worked from the wifi, the VPN and the mobile data

So i think somehow my macbook air got blacklisted or smth? 

i tried uninstalling and just everything, i need it tmrw for my work since i have appointments all day long

i have been using zoom for almost 3 years without any issues...

the error i get in german is:

Es konnte keine Verbindung hergestellt werden

Überprüfen Sie, ob Sie mit einem sicheren Netzwerk verbunden sind, das nicht von einer Firewall oder einem Proxy gesperrt wird.

it basically says: a connection could not be build up. Please check if you are connectet with a safe network, that is not blocked by a firewall or a proxy

I checked all those multiple times...

Can't sign in my zoom account in my Macbook M1, suddenly happened.
I Tried everything out.
changing the dns, turn off firewall, reinstall and install 5-6 times, of course restarts etc..
It's weird because I'm trying to sign out in my Iphone and I'm unable to.
 PLS if someone now how the hell that happened/// 

Buenas noches, Sergio desde Chile. Hace un tiempo que no puedo generar la conexión con facebook live desde zoom. Antiguamente lo lograba efectuar sin inconvenientes, pero ahora no me lo permite. He probado con diferentes cuentas zoom en las cuales tengo administración y el problema persiste, por ende, no es la cuenta. También he probado desde otros computadores y sí he logrado la conexión, por ende, creería es alguna configuración o problema del equipo con zoom, pero no logro encontrarlo y tampoco encuentro información para solucionar este problema. Agradezco desde ya vuestra experiencia al respecto o alguna posible solución.

I am asking this question for my friendS, we were having a ZOOM meeting last night,
we were requested to use a "Mid Autumn Festival" jpeg background.
a few of my friends failed to change their Virtual background.
The problem is there is NO Virtual Background Option available on their Zoom app.
my friend is using OppO 7 .

anybody here can help ?

I have zoom on my desktop and I-phone, however, when I first log into them individually and leave for any reason, I cannot get back in on neither my desktop or my phone using my regular login information. Getting the message," Host has another meeting in progress."

I would like to change to be pinned the option 'Korea' instead of 'USA' 

I don't need to 'USA'

Please tell me how to do it
