When I do a zoom powerpoint presentation, my slides are not advancing. Anyone have an idea of what I should do to remedy this? Could it be an settings issue?
There currently is no way to notify support that Zoom-approved methods of determining whether or whether not we are indeed we - how then to notify Zoom when in fact, all along, we have always been, WE!!! I was forced to answer a numeric quiz (tied to my email on a computer I wasn't using yes, but shouldn't have had to) that I eventually got answered only to be told multiple times that the answer to the numeric puzzle was incorrect & then account locked. Please tell me that you have a plan to consider this matter objectively & seriously (2FA aside for now, I'm considering that too as an option but with the current demonstrated abilities of Zoom's staff, I'd wonder if that would solve the problem or just make it more difficult).

When I join a zoom metting or host a zoom, my video is not showing. I see it is using "Integrated Camera". Usually I see HP TrueVision HD
Has anyone been able to access this webpage to understand what the limitations are? I'm getting an error message for this page, which was recommended by the main article on how to use Zoom Mail & Calendar. I've been trying to create a zmail account and keep getting this error message, "Request to create zmail failed, please try later." without any other information, it's frustrating to not know if somehow there is a limitation and I should stop trying or there is something wrong with the product/service overall.

In a language class, where interaction is expected and happening throughout, some people are also only listening. It is hard to tell the listeners from the speakers, so we waste time calling on people who aren't going to be speaking. Looking for a solution.

Any suggestions!? One particular meeting that I join several times a month ... has recently not allowed access .. "invalid password" even thought the Meeting ID and Password are correct. I've restarted my computer...tried different browsers ... logged off my zoom account and back on ... nothing works. Confirmed with host and others can join but I can't. All other zoom meetings work ... just this one prevents me from joining. Thoughts? Thanks so much in advance.

We've had a group chat for a Zoom meeting for internal company training at my organization and individual chat entries come in with a variety of time stamps with some chats arriving after others creating confusion. This seems to have happened since a recent Zoom update. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
