Hi, I am hoping to get some help with this problem.... 

I want to set up my zoom/google calendar to give my clients the opportunity to self schedule time slots in 15 minute blocks for 2 or 3 hour periods during the day. But when I set this up using google calendar and I click on appointment slots, it does not appear that zoom conferencing is an option for that item. I tested this with both a google and a yahoo account and it would not populate the option for the user (external) client to be able to make a 15 minute zoom call consultation from a menu of time slots.... It only populates as a google meet call, which I switched off....  

I'm hosting a "meeting" on zoom today. I don't want participants to share their screen. I only want to be able to share my screen as the HOST. 

Is there a setting I need to click on to ensure no one can share screen but me during my meeting? Thank you.

I have Zoom One Pro, and currently am being advised that I am using 90% of my storage, 13.5% of 15GB.  In the Plan Options it advises that One Pro has only 5GB storage, and I've never had an issue with storage before.  Now I have only 9 videos stored where I used to have over 100.  Can someone advise if Zoom has changed it's storage policy in the recent past - like past month?  Thank you!

We have the basic Zoom for our workplace. We have recorded a number of meetings, and we have stored the links. We just deleted the meetings (after downloading them to a back-up) and now none of the links are working. Is there any way to make those links active again, or is it standard that those links won't work?

We have several users reporting that their calls are being auto recorded. This happens under any event with a Zoom meeting attached. Auto-record is turned off on the org level and when people make the event, yet when the meeting starts, they find that they are being recorded. We've found a short term fix by using the Web portal to edit each event to turn off auto-recording, but this isn't really a solve. Does anyone have a better solution? 

I never had this problem in the last two years, when I join a meeting, I can see my own video, but the other participants only see a black screen where I should be, the host in 1 meeting said she could see me, but I was froze, so I just turned off my video so at least my profile picture was displayed, that was yesterday, and it happened both on my laptop and my android phone. Then today, my profile picture wouldn't even display, I checked all my settings, updated everything on my laptop, uninstalled & reinstalled zoom on my phone, and still nothing. I am on the basic plan, but I've never had this happen before. 

Had anyone else had this problem?

Is there a solution?
