About 4 days ago, I was in the middle of a zoom meeting when my screen picture began jumping then, just as suddenly, changed color to yellow (I did not have on any background filter). I logged out of the meeting then rejoined. The same thing began to happen in about a minute. I logged off again then rejoined. The same thing happened. I thought maybe my camera was at fault, so I logged off zoom and brought my laptop camera up to record a short video. The picture was fine and the recording went well. So I knew it wasn't my laptop camera. I have since tried to connect with zoom support but the links I was given to troubleshoot did not provide the answers I needed. Has anyone in this community ever experienced this problem before? I seriously need some resolution because I use zoom meetings every day for several hours and this is interferring with my ability to converse with my clients. It is also frustrating to me that zoom says my account does not enable me to talk with a "live" person. What am I supposed to do now? I have a paid account.

I just got a new laptop, which runs Windows 11. I use zoom meetings nightly with my clients to do a variety activities, often relying on Youtube videos. Since getting my new laptop, when I am in a zoom meeting and I play a Youtube video, or even a video through Netflix, the sound is very low and sounds sort of distorted - like it is underwater. This only happens through zoom, no other meeting softwares (ie. Google Meet). I've tried playing around with multiple settings. The only way I get it to work is by doing my meeting through my Chrome browser, but then I am muted when sharing my screen with sound... This is making my job very frustrating. Any tips ? Thank you!

Many of my participants say they are not able to annotate when I share my screen ... does the technology/platform make a difference?
Hi, Would it be possible to merge two meetings started almost simultaneously into one meeting? Or maybe the generated meeting ID could be somehow unique per Slack conversation, so that both parties end up on the same call in such case?
Scenario. Often during Slack conversation it turns out that we need to follow more interactively via Zoom. It happens that both parties of the conversation start the Zoom meeting at the same time. The you might not notice that the other person started the meeting too as Slack now is covered by Zoom window and both wait for the other. Once you figure out, both switch. It is extremely annoying.

Hi. I am having trouble using Zoom on my Acer Chromebook. Currently I have both the Zoom app and Zoom Cloud Meetings for Chrome extension. Which one should I use please? The sort of problems i seem to have is with High CPU Quality affecting the sound quality , as well with bandwidth. When on in a meeting, my sound seems to be made mute except when i am speaking. Does any one have any ideas or any way to help me please? Thank you Alistair Clarke Usk Wales., UK.

My camera is not showing. It does however work if I log into zoom from my mobile phone. I am not sure why it does not work when the application is off on my phone. I am using Windows 11.
Users want to be able to automatically set a time when the meeting will finish. Is this done by creating a group and adding users to this and use this create a meeting and invite to this group. This is for parents evening, so it will be at certain times when the user will join the meeting but we want to try and stop users over running their allocated time from within this meeting. The meeting would have say 6 parents all at 10 mins each and we want to be able to stop a meeting strictly at the time allocated, in this example would be 10 mins and they are removed from the meeting after 10 mins but then the meeting would start again straight away afterwards. In this case it would be better to have it run for 12 mins and then log them out if they have gone over the allocated time. Many thanks in advance Paul C

Hello, I have a question related to registration for meetings. Usually, when scheduling a meeting, I see the option 'Registration Required'. I now don't see it anymore so I don't know how to enable registration and therefore track registrants for a meeting. Could anyone help? Thanks a lot in advance!
