Hello, desperately seeking some answers! I feel like I'm going crazy because I had a feature on my previous laptop with zoom, and now that I've exchanged that laptop the feature is gone, and when I search google/here/etc. Nobody mentions this. It's like it never existed. Cant find ANYTHING. ***The feature is a face toggle, where you can change your appearance like face tune, it had options for eyes, cheek, chin, nose, other areas and you could really save yourself some time combined with the "touch up my appearance". I LOVED that feature and am so perplexed that I now can't find it. It used to automatically pop up when your video turned on it would give you this small box in a separate window to toggle your whole face. I used to make my eyes a bit bigger and narrow out the double chin so I didn't have to do my makeup. And now... it's gone. I swear it came from zoom.. like it couldn't have been the laptop right? I had a Samsung galaxy laptop and exchanged it for an hp and now it's gone and I'm just so confused. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.. I swear I will end up in a strait jacket if I can't figure this out.

I am seeing something with a zoom icon named "Transcode" within my Security & Privacy system preference on Mac OS. Is this truly a zoom component or might it be malware?

Good morning, For the past week I have been working with a student online helping him with his Physical science homework. We have been working together since September. Just this past week, after my free 40 minute session ends and we both rejoin my meeting room, when the student shares his screen, I can not see it. All is says is "Student is sharing his screen" but my screen is completely blank. I have three other students that I work with but they do not share their screens. I am not sure how to fix this problem. I want to be able to give him the full hour of tutoring, but I can not help him with his assignments if I can not see his screen. Is there a quick fix for this issue? Thank you, Kathy

Using hp laptop windows10. Outgoing video was fine until the latest update (jan12) then it breaks up after a few seconds, getting worse as time goes on. I have tried another web cam. I tried uninstalling zoom and reinstalling all to no avail. Went to my desktop pc. all ok until I did the update, then same problem on this computer. Does anyone know how to undo updates!

I'm an interpreter trying to set-up a GreenTerp Console. The install instructions on a Mac tell me I need to set the keyboard shortcut for mute / unmute audio to shift-command-L, but the system does not register the L. There are some letters I can type, but the console doesn't function as it should, and some letters where the system tells me this is a shortcut already in use. Any ideas?

I don't see a way to set meetings to automatically allow all users to share their screens. It's not a big deal but it would be nice to have that setting because we ALWAYS need to allow others to share their screens in our meetings. I'm using the App on an iMac desktop machine. Thanks in advance! - John

Last week I started having problems with the audio: people hear my voice but not the music. This has never happened before: I have always used an external ipad for music, because if I put music from my pc they couldn't hear; but now they can't hear from an external source either. What could it be? Thanks very much

I ran a 5 hour training yesterday that doesn't seem to have converted. It should have saved locally. I cannot locate the recording. (I'm kind of freaking out.) It's not showing in my recordings in the app - not in local or cloud. It's like it didn't happen, but it DID. I have the app installed and normally do not have an issue. What do I do? I can't lose this training.
