I recently upgraded to a 5th generation iPad Pro. When I have my iPad Pro connected to my MacBook Pro and during a Zoom meeting if I select share ipad via cable, there is a loud buzzing noise that happens every 30 seconds that all participants can hear. If I remove the cable and choose share ipad via airplay, there is no buzzing sound. 

 

This behavior is something new with the 5th generation iPad. If I connect my 3rd generation iPad Pro (same configuration, IOS version, and apps as the 5th generation) and choose share iPad via cable, there is no buzzing sound.

 

I have the lastest IOS versions on my MacBook Pro and iPad Pro and the latest version of Zoom.

 

Is anyone else having this problem? I have contacted Apple support several times and after trying many things, they say contact Zoom of course. I have an appointment at the Apple genius bar later today to have the look at it.

Buzzing noise

People are complaining they can hear a loud high pitched buzz when I am on a Zoom Call. I don't hear it but it must be from my end. I am using Windows 10 and headphones. Any ideas what might be causing it and what I can do to try and stop it please? Show more

I am using squarespace and acuity to schedule appointments. I have integrated with zoom but when an appointment is scheduled there is an error of "zoom was unable to create the meeting". A link goes out on the invitation but I don't know why I'm gett... Show more

I am using squarespace and acuity to schedule appointments.  I have integrated with zoom but when an appointment is scheduled there is an error of "zoom was unable to create the meeting".  A link goes out on the invitation but I don't know why I'm getting this error in Acuity scheduling.

I recorded a meeting/call on 01/202023 and there is nothing showing for it.  

My account doesnt have live support via phone, but chatbot which didnt help....

 

I know that it can take up to 24 hour sto convert however its days later it still didnt. Then today something mentioned not eough space iin OneDrive Why would it need to  worry about my OneDrive for anything. I do not get tat message. And, under my PC settings I have show hidden files selected. Windows is my operating system. 

 

Why can I not find that recording? We need that immediately.. And, yes I have searched under Meetings, local/cloud meetings, management<recordings, and Ive even gone to my PC and slected to show hidden meetings/recordings/etc.

Records that were in the cloud storage

Hello. We had an Account with a Business tariff plan and cloud storage for conference recordings. For some reason, we did not pay the tariff. Is it possible to somehow return and download the records that were in the cloud storage?
