With meetings I schedule, my window fogs up, then I freeze, then I get kicked off Zoom. How can I stop this?
Hi there, I have a user that hosts monthly company events. Lately she has an issue in which whenever she starts the meeting and lets people in she gets kicked out but let back in after a few seconds. I saw the logs and it just says network connectivity issue that kicked her out. Was wondering why it only happens when she starts allowing people in the monthly event? It's usually around 100+ people. And also wondering why it's happening to her the past couple of months. Was wondering if there were any more tips other than restart her laptop the morning of and try not to run multiple applications during that time.

My zoom app has been updated. Since then I started having problems with the camera. My screen keeps crashing, disappearing or even duplicating the image of other screens in the meeting. How do I solve this problem?
I have a meeting that I see on my phoen but when trying to open it from the same account on my computer, it doesn't appear. I am the host
Recently, when I switch to speaker mode as the host in my meeting, these gridded little stripes always appear on the speaker's video image as shown in the attached image below. I have already reinstalled Zoom (Win7 64bit) but it doesn't change the problem. Can anyone help me? What could be going wrong? My own video image is fine, just the speaker's is not. This only happens with Zoom, not with Skype or Telegram. Thanks a lot!!! Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)

Strange thing has been occurring in the last 2 days, after I conclude my zoom meeting, by clicking on the END button, the zoom page is unresponsive and will not close. I have to revert to Task Manager to end the entire program but then it will reopen again. There seems to be some strange lag that will not let me completely close the zoom session and will actually reopen again. When looking in the task manager, it states (2) sessions so a duplicate ghost zoom session is seen as though Ive opened the same meeting twice but that makes no sense whatsoever. I am not over clicking to these meetings so I am not sure why this is happening. Any thoughts?

Have been connecting with my elderly parent using zoom pwa in her Chromebook and win10 in my computer without issues. Recently, however when I invite her to a meeting, she joins, but her participant screen is black, audio is fine, she can see me, but i can't see her. I connected remotely with chrome remote to check issues. Her camera works, I updated her chrome OS, browser is also upto date, removed and reinstalled the zoom for chrome with Google play, I cannot see an option under her zoom user to "check for updates", this option is there for my version of zoom. Even after reinstalling her zoom for Chromebook, the version number does not change. I realised that her connection signal is weak lately. Could this be affecting the video? I would appreciate any feedback and help. Thank you in advance.

Hello I am a student and I need to submit the recording from a meeting this morning to get credit for a class. I was the host and 4 others joined, it said recording but it is not showing up in my profile. I am using free zoom as our university did not give us an account. Where can I see the recording file?
