Hi, I have a Pro acct and have setup and launched polls successfully. Our meeting has the host and co-hosts sign in a few ways. Most join by using the same ID and password and are automatically co-hosts. Other join with their personal accounts and are made host or co-hosts. I'm not always host. All hosts and co-hosts are able to see the icon in their toolbars but one ? person is able to launch it as all? of the others get a message in red they're signed in elsewhere? or on another device? This is working the way it's intended, no doubt. I'd just like to know how it is determined who has the launch access? Is it the person who signed in last with the user ID? or the last person made co-host? I just ask all co-hosts and host to see who can launch it and it does, but would like to find out who has the power beforehand. thank you. Jeff

Zoom just emailed me to inform me that I needed to change my password. I changed it, then opened a new meeting. I attempted to open my contact list to invite people, and I cannot find my contact list anywhere. All I get is the option to invite people individually by emailing them. Where can I find my contact list? I really need it!

Hi everyone, I'm unable to connect to zoom meetings Error message: Check to make sure you're connected to a stable network that is not blocked by a firewall or proxy. I am facing issues while connecting to the Zoom client on my MAC. How do you fix this problem, please? For the past two weeks, I'm not able to connect to zoom using my mac.

Hi, We have an informal weekly Zoom chat with typically 6 participants. For some time now, one user's audio is completely suppressed when any other participant is speaking. This does not happen for the other participants who can all talk at once and be heard (I said it was informal!). It means that the user with the problem simply cannot "break into" an ongoing conversation and it is very frustrating. The user with the problem is using an iPad (but so are some of the others, so it is not just that). Anyone had/having similar problems? Any ideas for a solution, please?

Zoom was working on my laptop when it was running Windows 8.1 but after upgrading (fresh install) to Windows 10, I am now getting the following pop-up and have to click it 20-30 times for it to go away on the start and enabling of audio of every meeting... "Zoom.exe - Bad Image" (see Zoom Message.png attachment). The zoom version that loaded after installing Windows 10 is 5.11.11 (8425) (see Zoom Version.png attachment). Any thoughts of what may be going on?

Hello guys,
I can't seem to find the option that I need to activate so I can live stream a zoom meeting to youtube or facebook.
It simply doesn't appear on my Zoom web page.
May you help please?
Thank you,
Waleed Khaled
I have a meeting planned for tomorrow. Over the past six months, I have had issues with my Internet. There are very brief moments where I am disconnected. I have contacted the provider and they sent a tech out. He told me he thought my modem was bad. I bought a brand, new unit, modem/router combo. Spent $$$. Still having these brief moments where I have connection issues. What do I do? Thanks.
What happens during the meeting tomorrow if that happens? Everybody will be disconnected? How do they rejoin?

Assume only one lens and one image sensor in camera, which is the way camera to support Smart gallery in following? 1. camera delivers 3 video stream as Smart gallery required 2. camera deliver only 1 video stream, but zoom frame and split as 3 for smart gallery 3. others
