Hi dear Zoom people, is there a way to restore a recording that is no longer in the trash? This is really, really important, if there is a way I would appreciate your help

It seems like the audio here is much cleaner; I’d be willing to shell out the money each month for a platform that would allow my band mates and I to work in tandem (we live a fair distance from one another); Discord is forever lagging and WhatsApp is never loud enough. Do y’all have any thought/suggestions?

Last year when I was downloading meeting recordings from the cloud, the whole suite of files were there to choose from. Now I'm only getting a few. We capture a single speaker presenting so all I get is the tiny 640 x 360 Speaker View file. The files I downloaded last year had a _recording_ file that seemed to capture the presenter in a higher resolution of 1616x782. Why are the _recording_ files no longer available? I've not turned anything off in recording prefs. I also don't run the meetings so I don't know if there is an option there.

I scheduled a meeting and zoom is not allowing me to open meeting. I clicked on open meeting and the meeting is not opening
I've been having problems with the chat in the breakout rooms lately. For some users the timestamps are no longer correct. The posts are no longer displayed alternately (see attachment). Does anyone have an idea? zoom 5.13.6 Thanks Goerd

I run an online school and some students use Zoom PWA, some join meetings with their Chrome browser, and others use Zoom app on their PC or MAC. Many students have been losing mic and audio upon returning to the main session after being in a breakout room. Others lose mic and audio as soon as they get into the breakout room. The only solution we have found is to leave the meeting and re-join. Is this a Zoom for web browser issue or are others experiencing this when joining meetings on Zoom PWA (on Chromebooks) or with their laptop Zoom app? Any solutions?

I have zoom integrated with Google Calendar, and I always add a zoom meeting when I send out an invite. I integrated zoom with my own calendar originally, and then my workspace admin integrated it with everything. 9 times out of 10, possibly 10 out of 10, my invitees can't join the meeting. Zoom will ask them for a password (which should be baked into a link), and the password in the calendar invite doesn't work. I'll inevitably slack them a zoom link using "/zoom," and it will actually open up the zoom I'm already in and work just fine. It's gotten to the point where my admin turning on zoom for our space is destroying my ability to talk to colleagues and customers, and I can't seem to fix it. Does anyone know of a solution? I don't think this happens for my colleagues, but I've started setting up hangouts with them whenever I own the meeting. It doesn't happen for all of my meetings, but I can't tell if that's just because some of them are older meetings. Almost anything new that I schedule is totally broken.

I attempted to login to schedule a meeting. I was informed that I could NOT log in because I did not have the latest version. All of the so-called "Help" under the AI-generated "support" of course tell you to log in and go to settings and check for updates. But of course I can't login so I'm completely stuck. Also I'm just an individual (on the Pro plan), so the advice to contact my "Administrator" (that's me, I guess) is absolutely no help either. Plus I learn that the Pro plan is just below the threshold of being able to talk with an actual person, so I'm completely in a bind. Does anybody know how to unravel this mess? Thanks.
