Hello, I have noticed a couple of other users with the same issue, but basically my whole screen (me and my background) appear green.  The video is also staggered and there is a lag in the movements.  I have uninstalled Zoom and reinstalled it.  The issue does not appear on other platforms (ie MS Teams) and its not my camera - it is just on Zoom.   BUT if I try use my Zoom account on my phone it works just fine, but I need it on my PC.

I do have a ticket number and they are working on it.

Anyone else having this issue?

I have run into multiple security issues on my phone and computer, affecting numerous accounts, including Zoom.  I tried to change my email address away from a hacked email account and was told I could not without verifying the change in my old email.  Unfortunately I was unable to get through to Zoom to sort out the problem.  Now I am setting up a new account with a different email address (but the same name and phone number).  It appears that my account is linked to a work account.  I do not have a work account.  This is a personal Zoom account with no affiliation to any organization.  Unfortunately I do not see anywhere I can edit this and remove this linked “work account.”  I also see that I am unable to add a phone number to my new Zoom account, it is simply greyed out.  What this tells me is that the phone number is probably still associated with the earlier hacked Zoom and Outlook accounts and that the hackers do not want Zoom to know that I am the very same person (or allow me to verify my phone number).  Of course I could be off base but I do not know what to do because I can’t seem to get through to Zoom about the security issue.  Any ideas?

Since the pandemic, I've been teaching chanting online using a Yeti microphone. The sound quality, with original sound for voice and my harmonium (a drone instrument), was excellent. I was plugged into the router with an ethernet cable at home. Now I'm in a venue with Wifi, which has worked, with some occasional problems with the broadband. To mitigate that, I've used my phone as a mobile hotspot with my mobile data. But that is not working now. The sound quality of the harmonium is waving in and out, even though I have enabled Original Sound. The voice sounds okay, apparently, but the distortion with the harmonium means everyone is giving up and leaving the class. I've turned off the audio setting to do with High Fidelity, echo cancellation and stereo. I've also tried turning off the "Signal Processing by Windows Device Drivers" (that turns on "raw sound.") Nothing seems to have worked. Suggestions?

Zoom Meeting Notification In Outlook Desktop

Is there a way to have a Join Button for Zoom Meetings in Outlook.  I get a reminder that a meeting is about to start, but there is no way to join the meeting other than going to Zoom desktop.

I have had an issue with my laptop (that I have been using Zoom on for a long time).  Recently the built in Mic stopped working.  I checked the settings in Win10 and it is properly selected there as well as in the Zoom App.  When I look at the Mic in "Sounds" on the Win10 settings, I see the Mic working.  When I Test the Mic in the Zoom app it does not work.  I have the proper Mic selected, but notice that the slider next to the mic on the Zoom app does not move and it is set to minimum.

I fixed this once, by re-installing the Zoom software.  When it failed again, I tried the same thing and that did not fix it.  Rebooted, etc, to no avail.

I saw another post here about permissions and see that  everything there looks ok too.

Any ideas?

Thanks, John

Hi All. While in a zoom meeting, one on one, often my client's video will superimpose over mine (what they see), so they'll end up seeing a combination of me and themselves. I can disable my video and restart it and this fixes this, but it will happen again momentarily.

Any thoughts on what might be happening here?
