I am having trouble when zooming our church services. The spoken word comes through clearly but as soon as the music and singing starts the audio stops working. I have tried to alter a variety of settings but cannot find out why. Anyone any suggestions please?
This has only started happening since around July as before that all services where heard ok.

Downgrade with the "upgrade". All links to filing a form, a ticket, call, etc no longer work.
Used to be when you looked as usage reports all you had to do was click "unique users" and it would immediately and cleanly remove duplicates. NOW - nope. Click the box or don't - It doesn't matter. Now you have to manually sift through duplicates.
WHY have the box at all!? Why change it to no longer work?
NO tech support. NO way to even report the bug.

This question has been asked before but the answers (and information on Zoom's own webpages) varies. I want to know is transcription of cloud recordings available with the standard PRO account? On Zoom's advice page for audio transcriptions, it includes PRO accounts: But if you look at the plan comparison chart, it says it's not available with PRO or PRO PLUS, only with BUSINESS and above. Most responses on forums seem to support the latter, but some do say it's possible with PRO. Can someone please provide the latest official verdict on this question? Thanks! Currently, when the host leaves the meeting, Zoom asks that person who to assign as the new host before leaving. I wanted to know if there's a way to change that. I would like for the meeting to continue without a host. Is there a way to set that up?

Quand je partage mon écran sans cocher la case "Optimiser pour le partage vidéo", tout fonctionne parfaitement. Mais quand je partage mon écran et coche la case "Optimiser pour le partage vidéo", le partage d'écran se met en pause, et les participants ne peuvent pas voir le document vidéo partagé. Je précise que j'ai désinstallé et réinstallé l'appli zoom aujourd'hui (01-06-2025) mais ça n'a pas résolu le problème.
