Help! My step daughter used my computer for a zoom and changed the display name to her name. It will not change back in meetings to my name, even though it is my name in my profile. 

I have tried deleting cookies and/or browser history on both Chrome and Safari.

It is fine on my iPad zoom, but will not go back on my MacBook. 

Any ideas?

I use Zoom to teach Seated Tai Chi and one of my attendees uses an iPad to take the class. The recent update has moved the tool bar to the bottom of their screen and this is blocking their view of my legs. 

Is there a way to hide the toolbar on an iPad, please?

I have a paid Zoom pro account. I recently got new computer with Windows 11. When i try to start a new meeting I get an error to "go to Microsoft store" to get an app to use for meetings (See attached).  I tried this and no apps for this? I then download another Workplace app from the zoom website and can get in but all my settings, backgrounds, etc are missing. The Workplace app does not stick for future meetings. I have to do this each time start a new meeting!!Does anyone have a solution to fix this? Thank you in advance! Carl Lucchi

We notice that users in China could not attend meeting, the Error Code 13215, while other countries go well. Please Zoom resolve it. We payed the money but you do not provide the service.  Please get back to me the solution ASAP.

I am unable to sign in to the zoom application on my iPad. I am getting the error "cannot connect. Please check your internet connection"

I have internet connection as i am able to browse.

I have also been able to sign in on zoom web from a web browser

Some of the troubleshooting i have done includes switching to my mobile internet from Wi-Fi and also updating the application to version ,nothing has worked so far.

HelloSInce  2024  when  the meetings ends(as  free user)  after  40  minutes  i  can not start  new  meeting immediately as in the past.Appears the message that should wait  10 minutes.As  i  see in community  this is  normal  but  i know  other people  who do not see this message and continue to connect directly after the 40 minutes have passed.Why  to some free users appears the limitation of 10 minutes and not to others?Also  i would  ask you for free users  isn't available anymore the ''submit ticket''  support?Than k you

Since I have my new computer with windows 11, the setting "original sound for musicians" in zooms does not work anymore. In detail, we can hear each other speak but the music sounds seem to be submitted by my laptop. Despite that I have the mode "original sound for musicians" switched on, my music teacher cannot hear me play. I read that some others experienced the same problem but none of the suggested trouble shootings helped so far. Interestingly, with Skype the sound is worse in general, but the music is transmitted, so I would not suspect a problem with my laptop in general but rather problem between zoom and windows 11....

Anyone who can help with that?

最近、PCをdynabookに買い換えました。

zoomの立ち上げ時にカメラをONにしていると、うまく立ち上がらず「バーチャル背景をまだ読み込んでいます」というメッセージが出て画面が固まってしまい、その後「パフォーマンスが悪い状態でシステムが動作しています」というメッセージになります。

他にプログラムをまったく立ち上げていなくても、PC起動直後にzoomを立ち上げようとするとこのメッセージになりますし、2，3のプログラムを立ち上げて、タスクマネージャーでメモリが40％くらいあってもこのようになります。

以前のPCでは5つくらいプログラムを立ち上げても問題なくzoomが使えていたので、何が原因か分からず困っています。

zoom起動時にカメラOFFになるように選択しておくといったんは起動するのですが、カメラをONにすると上記のように固まるという状態です。

タスクマネージャーを見て、何かカメラと相性の悪いプログラムが動いていないかなど調べてみたのですが、分かりませんでした。

zoomをアンインストール→再インストールも何度か試していますが、変わりません。

解決策があれば教えてください。
