The last couple meetings I have hosted, my guests are unable to connect their microphones to the call. From what I understand they are not even given an option to call in.
Any advice?
I was just in a zoom call today for school and everything was working normally at first. I was using my Macbook and had my AirPods connected during the meeting. In the main room, both my mic and my video were working, along with the general sound from the other people in the call. However, when we were put into breakout rooms, I had issues hearing the other people in the breakout room. My own mic and video were working but I couldn't hear anyone else talking. I had to take out my Airpods and connect the sound to my computer's speaker to get any sound to work. I've never had this problem before, so I'm not entirely sure what the issue here is.

Is it possible to add a small timeline bar, maybe near the current control bar, that shows progress in a meeting and possibly agenda? It could work like how a progress bar does on a YouTube video - it shows you how far along you are, and ideally you could pre-enter agenda 'chapters'. This would help you keep on time. Maybe the last 10 minutes of the bar would be red to have a subtle visual cue that the meeting needs to be wrapped up.

Hi, Is there a way to configure a setting for all users (en masse) within a Zoom Account without locking it? We have a few user preferences now where we have changed our account's default setting, which will be applied to new users going forward, but it would be ideal for us to change this user preference across our entire organization while giving users the ability to later adjust the setting as needed. As an example, to keep our cloud storage utilization from growing excessively, we have turned off the "Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen" option but we do not want this - and other Cloud recording options" to be locked. In the case above, we attempted to modify our account settings and lock them, then unlock them, but this does not change the user account setting. I have found that we can adjust this setting for each user individually, but not found a way to do this en masse. Thoughts?

When I tried to access the most recent meeting recording I made to the cloud, I find that it is not listed. I remember that after I had the meeting, which lasted over an hour, I saw a screen saying that the recording was being processed. Later, I did not see the message saying that the recording was being processed, but I did not see a message saying that it had been successfully completed. At that point, I checked the list of recordings, and the recording was not there. Several days later, today, I again checked the list of recordings, and the recording is not listed. I have successfully recorded to the cloud many times in the past. My account type is Pro. Recording management says that: 1.94 GB (39% used) of 5 GB

Hello All,
I'm trying to set up a meeting from 2:45 to 4pm but it automatically resent to 2;30 pm. How can I choose the correct time? Also, can I change from 12h to 24h clock? Thanks
Breakout Rooms: can I pre-assign participants if they do not have the Zoom client? If I put in their email address, will that work even if they do not have a Zoom account? If not, is there another way to pre-assign or will I have to assign them to rooms once the meeting starts? If so, what is the best way to do that? There will only be about 10 participants.

I attempted to share my PP on a live zoom screen share. I found out later that the audience only saw my 1st slide but I had been manually forwarding them on my end with no problem. How can I fix this ASAP?
When I don't use full screen mode, I can't use the animations in my PP,, which messes up my presentation by me not being able to slowly reveal the PP content.
Thanks,
Janis
