Zoom quits unexpectedly/never opens

I have a Mac.  I am trying to start a meeting and zoom quits unexpectedly before ever actually opening.  What is going on?  I have no trouble using zoom on my laptop, also Apple.

Having a large meeting today on Zoom and students were assigned breakout rooms that should 

automatically move the participants to a breakout room. There are 150 participants it took a long time for the system to move each participant to their preassigned breakout room. The lag was so bad that we started to move them ourselves. Is this normal for the Zoom system to lag so much on moving participants to their assigned breakout rooms?

Audio issue, going from share screen computer audio back to normal audio

Hi, whenever I go from share screen/computer audio then stop share/normal audio the sound always drops out and everyone has to leave the room and come back in to fix the sound. I have this is lots of other people's zoom meetings also where they use this feature.  Can anyone help sort this?

alternative host

An alternative host needs to be a licensed user.  We have the Zoom 1 pro plan with 1 license.  Can we name more than 1 administrator under this plan and does a user have to be listed as then administrator to be designated as an alternative host?

I can only host or join meeting from browser since update. Why?

I updated on Tuesday as requested and since then I am unable to launch meetings without going through the browser. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom three times and now reset my laptop too, but it's still the same. Can anyone tell me why this mig... Show more

New Computer now zoom has changed

I recently switched from a Microsoft Surface to a MacBook Pro. Suddenly, my zoom will not record a meeting showing ALL attendees on one screen. No matter how I have my setting set, it is recording the meeting by showing ONLY the speaker. 

Even though on MY end it looks like I can see all of the thumbnails, when I go back to view the recording it only show the ONE speaker at a time.

Super frustrating as I do lots of interviews and discussions with multiple people and hate watching the screen flip from person to person.

How do I get this to change back to the way it was before?
