Hello, When we have 10+ people in a conference room joining a Zoom meeting we get some network slowdown. I am not sure how to improve this. Everyone connects over Wifi, our Wifi speeds are 200mbps+ up and down in the conference room. Any suggestions would be appreciated thank you

Hey All, I have a Zoomgov account and have gone into the settings and enabled the Q&A ability for Zoom Meeting. However, when I open my meeting and open the Q&A session, people are unable to submit questions. Has anyone had this issue or any suggestions?

I'm IT for a small nonprofit and I'm trying to support an employee whose camera isn't working on Zoom. It works fine on the built-in camera app. In Zoom, it shows a black screen. The frustrating thing is, I've tried every troubleshooting step I've seen listed. The computer is a Gateway GWTN156-7. Steps I've tried: I'm at my wit's end here. I've tried everything I can think of. Does anyone have any troubleshooting steps I've omitted?

Hello, our Zoom account auto records all our meetings. Though we do not want this. However when reviewing the settings we do not have auto record ticked. Does anyone else have this issue? And does anyone know how to resolve this?
Thanks Peta
Hi All, 1. I have a Pro account with an "owner" email/user and a second Pro license assigned to a separate "member" email/user. I was told by sales that this would enable the owner and the member to each host one meeting at a time, and those meetings could take place concurrently (providing the member's meeting was scheduled for "Myself"). This Zoom support article seems to confirm this, but this community thread indicates otherwise. Please clarify/confirm. 2. In "Meetings," the member has the option to view meetings currently scheduled for "all," "myself," or the owner. They also have the option of scheduling meetings for either "Myself" or the owner. The owner does not have these pull-down options. Additionally, member meetings do not show up in the owners meeting list. This seems to give the member greater flexibility within/control of the account than the owner. a. Is there a way to add the pull-down options to the owner's account? b. Is there a way for all meetings to show up in the owner's list of scheduled meetings, and recordings? c. Is there a way for the owner to be able to schedule meetings for members? If the answers to the above are, "No," I would suggest that R&D consider making some adjustments. 3. Linked accounts - When I view Account Management>Account Profile>Link accounts to an organization in the owner account, the member account is not listed. Only the owner user name appears. If I do the same in the member account, the owner account name is there. Are the accounts properly linked? Thank you in advance for any help that can be provided.

Hi everyone, My previous profile from my previous job still pops up when I join meetings on Zoom. I removed my work logins/accounts and deleted it as best as I could on my Mac. I also stay logged into my personal Zoom account when I join external meetings but my old work profile still appears as my Zoom name and I don't know how to get rid of it. Any advice would be appreciated!

Replaced old Dell desktop with Apple notebook and lost ability to Zoom. I am an old volunteer lawyer, meeting with folks who are in a jail. I schedule the meetings using software that I believe comes from CXMSolutions. The software sends me a link, reminding me of the time of the meeting (when the inmate will be seated with the computer) instead of a traditional Zoom login. When I examine the link on the Mac, I see this message: There is no application set to open the URL x-webdoc://32D5D9AB-128C-4708-A9D6-180639F467E3/connect.baltimorecountymd.gov/en-US/home. Is there a setting on the Mac that I need to change to make this work?

I have reached out to Zoom Support multiple times, but get the ticket gets closed immediately with "Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to your open ticket at this time." Thank you

A typical hybrid meeting will have some peopel in a room (let's say 10 people) and other in a virtual meeting (let's say 20 people in a zoom meeting). To let the people in the room hear what the people in the virtual meeting are talking, there must be speakers connected to the computer with the zoom meeting. When any one in the room tries to use a mic or a cellphone to talk, feedback (or at least reverberation) occurs. Ideal would be that when a mic of a specific cellphone was turned on (so one can talk on that cellphone), the audio output in the computer turns off and vice-versa. Is there something like this? Thanks.
