When I am in a meeting run by someone else I seem to be the only one not able to click on someone's message to hit a reply or add an emoji. I am on an iphone 12, which is updated. I have updated zoom also. I have gone to the meetings tab and there is no place to turn on new emojis as everyone keeps talking about.  It is very frustrating. I also do not have the option to do it on my computer either. Using the same login but just under windows.

I host a twice weekly Zoom meeting, for the last month, participants can join with video and audio but after a few minutes, their video freezes and eventually goes blank.  I have full wi-fi signal as does my participants.  I have gone into the advanced video settings and have unchecked receiving video under hardware acceleration and nothing has fixed the issue.  My participants can join a different Zoom meeting created from a friend of mine’s account with no video issues so I believe the problem is on my end but I cannot figure out where to look.  Please help!

Hello, I want to download my recordings which are on the cloud and when I open my downloaded file, a zoom window appears with two options: join a meeting or connect. I don't understand why the download is not working. Do you have any leads?

I just missed out on an important Zoom connection.

Here is what happened as I described it to the host:

Before I opened your Zoom link. I had tested my Zoom connectivity with others who sent me an invitation and on the bottom left side of the screen (as usual)  has always been a mute/unmute button as well as a video icon.  I have used Zoom successfully for a number of years. When I opened  the link you sent me, your operator appeared up on my screen, but the microphone button in the bottom left was an up arrow to "Join Audio". When I clicked on that I was  back to the screen that popped up to "test Microphone & Speaker".  I had already done that before the call started, and did so again after it popped back up. I could not find or decipher any way to un -mute.
