My video is randomly freezing and turning me into a frozen polaroid kodachrome image. Yellow and blue and green colors...this happened after the most recent update. It only happens on Zoom and the only way to resolve it is to stop the video and start it again.

My video on a recent zoom call with 17 people was flickering after a few minutes and then froze. This kept happening over the course of the two hour meeting as I kept turning the video off and then on in order not to distract the other participants. I am using a Windows 10 on a DESKTOP-UUMU1MR Thanks for any help. Jackied8812

When I choose a virtual background image, Zoom tells me I should use a green screen (the image does work without the green screen box ticked off, but the edges are floaty). When I tick the "I have a green screen" box, the image shows up on everything BUT the green screen! My computer is new and way more current than my old laptop (where the green screen worked just fine). Why would my image NOT show on the green screen but everywhere else??? I have tried multiple cameras (I have 3) and same thing - no image shows up wherever the green screen is visible. GRRRRR!

In the past two weeks I have received a message stating my microphone cannot be detected. I have been using Zoom for 3 years without an issue until two weeks ago. When the message is displayed I cannot be heard and my Zoom controls freeze. I have tried reinstalling Zoom but that has not fixed the problem. Very FRUSTRATING!

I have a new Asus Chromebook and when I try to use a virtual background my face is in a circle on top of the virtual background. Also, there is not an option to blur my background.

What is the solution if he can't hear audio because the Internet is slow when he connect to zoom with his smartphone? He lives in India.
I’ve held a Zoom crop every Friday night. I am always on 2 devices so I can teach and see my customers. Tonight it wouldn’t allow and would log me out of one device. I’ve even used 3 devices with no issues laptop iPhone and iPad. I have read multiple articles here however none offered a solution I’ve searched Google and YouTube thank you
I have not changed any of my settings. All devices are running latest version of OS and Zoom.

The Zoom International Dial-in Numbers - Zoom page has a green checkmark in the International and Toll-Free number columns, but no numbers are provided. How to I find out what the number(s) are to call into a Zoom meeting from Jamaica?
