Hello! I have the following problem: When I try to log in with a user name, only lowercase letters are displayed, regardless of whether I press the uppercase key or the caps lock key. All other applications work perfectly! I have uninstalled zoom several times and cleaned the registry - without success. I'm using Windows 10, current version, H22. Anyone know advice? Thanks!

Hi, I am wondering what changed 3-4 weeks ago that when broadcasting/sharing the screen for our weekly worship, our on-line participants cannot hear the organ music. Prior to that time period, we had no problem and our on-line congregants enjoyed joining in the singing. No they either do not hear the organ or the organ music is garbled and they only hear a note or two. Likewise, when I meet in small groups and try to share music videos (YouTube or other on-line sources, the music doesn't play or is garbled and neither I or those in the meeting can hear anything. Hoping that you can help me resolve this. if not, I fear we will need to find another platform for our church to use. Right now the church has and account and I have my own personal account, but this issue is severely impacting how we use Zoom.

My union has given me a professional zoom account but when they send me the log in link, it doesn't give me an option to make a password. Since it's my personal email, I already have a basic zoom account set up with that email. I can't seem to find a way to have the new zoom account applied to this log in. I've been using the google log in option to get in. The only time it has worked is on the first time I opened up the link from the union. Does anyone know if the issue is the fact that I already had a basic zoom account with this email?

Trying to follow the directions on this page: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360057777952-Managing-custom-video-filters#h_01F8BB9FJKQSX99121GZ0C7WCB It says this should be available on a free account.
But already on the first step, it's not working. It says "click on Account Management and then click on Account Settings".
There is no Account Settings under Account Management.

When I auto generate rooms for students, some seem to lose connection or not get into the rooms. Ideas?
Does anyone else out there think the zoom clap emoji animation is clapping too slowly such that it feels like a 'sarcastic' clap, rather than an enthusiastic clap? I'd like a faster clapping emoji so that I can show that I'm truly enthusiastically clapping...
Does anyone feel the same?

i went into system settings made sure it would allow downloads from apps not already in to app store and it still wont let me download it
Yesterday we attempted to join a meeting with an employee who was out of the office and received an error message stating "to join a meeting we needed to leave other/current meeting". At the time we were not in any other meeting or even logged in to an account. When we chose the option leave meeting it then launched the zoom update. Once the update was complete we selected join a meeting again and entered the Meeting ID & Meeting Passcode. It then allowed us into the meeting but then kicked the host off the meeting, who is an employee of the same company but was out of the office and hosting the meeting. When either employee tried to rejoin the meeting it would kick the opposite employee out of the meet. One was trying to host & logged in and the other was attempting to join without logging in to an account. Any one got any ideas of what could cause this and how to keep this from happening in the future?

I made a participant a host and he hit record but I never got the recording. Will he have it? If not since it was my account, shouldn't I have it?
