Hello there! For some reason whenever I tried to turn on my camera or add a virtual background, Zoom suddenly crashes or goes on not responding since yesterday. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app but to no avail. This is getting really frustrating since apparently my subscription doesn't include Live Agent support. I am a recruiter and I have a lot of upcoming scheduled interviews so I really need help please ASAP!

Hello. I am new to Zoom, and about to subscribe. I am thinking Zoom One is what I need. I want to confirm that it is appropriate for what I am seeking to do. I have attached some pictures from a videographer that live streams and I am looking to do the same kind of thing as the pictures display. I am filming weddings and streaming with Vmix. I wish to have a main video stream presented from my switcher and sent into zoom as the main focus. I also want to see the "gallery" of people available at the same time, and occassionally magnify one of those guests to correrspond with the main program (wedding couple). Is what I see in the attached pictures possible with Zoom one or is this some other product that can give such results? Ive tested using the free version and only have access during the tests to bring in a few people. When I do however, you see those people in zoom but NOT the actual main presentation as shown in the attached pictures. How do I ensure what I am feeding zoom from my switcher always is displayed, and then select people to talk with the main video feed? As it is now, the guests only see themselves and not what I am sending as my "program" from the video switcher, which is confusing.

The most recent versions of Zoom (I have 5.12.9 (10650))seem to think they're TSRs -- when I terminate them they stay resident in memory, keep me signed in, and only appear in the Windows Task Manager's process tab. How do I get Zoom to behave like a normal program and terminate completely when I shut it down? Thanks.

I'm using OSX. I often share a portion of my screen while typing notes for students in Word/Powerpoint. While typing, I frequently hear a chiming sound, after which I can no longer type anything. I have to stop and click on the document in order to start typing again. This is immensely frustrating. How can I prevent it happening?

I have two zoom accounts, one for personal use and one for work - each is linked to a different Gmail address. Unfortunately, I signed in to my work account on my personal computer and now whenever I try to sign in to Zoom using the desktop app and click "Google" it automatically takes me to my work's SSO page. How can I get it to let me choose my personal email address instead of assuming I want to go to my work one?
