While at my friend's house to help her open a meeting, I signed out of Zoom on my Dell laptop, and signed in on her iPad so that she could access a video on my laptop and share it with a group. Since then, when I try to host a meeting, everyone is directed to her iPad and I see nothing. I have tried logging out and then back in, to no avail. Is my only option to close my account and open a new one? She says she logged out then logged back in.

Hi all, Need help figuring this out... Something changed with one of my recurring meetings. For some reason, now all 30+ recurring meetings show up under my 'Meetings' tab on my desktop app (ios) when they didn't before. AND, other recurring meetings I have, don't. So it's just happening with one particular scheduled meeting. I tried to edit the settings, but nothing seems to change it. Anyone have any idea why this is happening? Any and all suggestions welcome.

We currently use Calendly to schedule and send our Zoom meeting invitations. Several clients have recently asked for our Zoom-One-Tap Mobile link. As we generate invitations through Calendly, there is no one-tap link. Can anyone help?
Thanks.
I can't create a virtual background and the help videos aren't useful because there is no option to click on video in the menu.
I recently updated my zoom client and now when I send a meeting invite some of the recipients are getting the email BUT not getting any of the meeting information. There is no way for them to log in. Sometimes the option will come in (we have been troubleshooting) and it will allow them to click on the google calendar but when it takes them there - it is not a link but just an entry on the calendar. It worked fine until I did the update. All are using Microsoft - one person has a google email, the other does not. What happened to make this change. I am not a business and do not need all the calendar apps associated - I just want to set up a meeting. Any help or explanation would be welcomed.

We use Teams and Zoom for meetings at my company. I prefer Teams because the meeting invites integrated to Outlook allow a one click join. What I mean is that when the meeting reminder pops up, there's a button to join the meeting and it opens the meeting directly. In order to join a Zoom meeting, I have to... I don't know if this is a setting that's limited by Zoom itself or something my company has put in place. I feel that as popular as Zoom is across the world, that a one click join should be an option. Also, if I open the Zoom desktop app, none of the meetings show up unless I created them. Is it possible to configure it to show all of my Zoom meetings, regardless of who created them?

I upgraded my Zoom account. Instead of upgrading my account, Zoom created a second account with the same email address as the user name. Now when I start a meeting, I don't know which account I'll be using and whether the meeting will have to end after 30 minutes. I would delete the original profile, but I'm nervous about Zoom software quality. (I am sure that I specified a pay-per-month plan, but Zoom charged me for the whole year in advance, which I did not expect and did not intend to consent to.) Now I never know which account I am signing in to when I launch zoom. thank goodness I used different photos for the profiles. Can I delete my original (free) account with 100% confidence that I won't be deleting the paid account too, and flushing away a year's prepayment? The Zoom chatbot was flummoxed by this question.

Hello, i am using a chromebook for a meeting session, i start recording but when the meeting finished, i cant find any recording files in my device. can someone advice me on how to recover the recordings?
thank you
We use Zoom to collaborate on photos - share critiques, etc. Typically a participant or the host will share his/her Adobe Lightroom screen and show photos that are in Lightroom (sent to them by the other participants). Photo size on the shared computer is either 1920 pixels horizontally or 1200 pixels vertically. What we're finding is the image originators say their images aren't as sharp as the original files when viewed on Zoom. Is there something in the Zoom app/process that is subtly degrading the image quality?
