I am given Host duties, teaching a fitness class for 1 hour.  iTunes shared through computer on Zoom platform (latest version).  Licensed Host has unlimited meeting duration time.  For last 2 1/2 years, iTunes music streamed through Zoom beautifully without issues for the entire hour session.  Since January 2023, , the iTunes music audio stream stops at approximately 40 minutes, but the audio (microphone) and video Zoom meeting continues.  However, I am unable to restart iTunes without terminating Meeting and re-booting computer.

I have been trying to figure this out for days!  

We have the Pro Plan and I use Zoom on my desktop.  Before every meeting starts my client is required to read and agree to our custom Disclaimer in order to enter the meeting.   From what I have read, when the client agrees or disagrees, the answer is saved.  In my reading, it should be able to be viewed in the Reports, then Usage but it's not there. 

Where do I go to view and save this info for our company records?  It's important for us to have record of who agreed to the disclaimer.

We are trying to setup Zoom on our Citrix VDA. I have followed the instructions outlined in the articles and forums I could find:

- Verified app protection isn't on

- Using the installed Workspace app

- The version of the Zoom VDI install and the plug-in are the same (5.10.21113)

- The Citrix VDA we are using is ver 2203 on a Windows 10 multi-session system

There are two symptoms that we are noticing:

1- No Cameras detected by Zoom in the VDA

-- Cameras work in Teams / Google Meet in the VDA

2- Zoom does not see plug-in

-- On VDA Zoom shows "Plugin missing"

-- On the endpoint Zoom shows "Zoom is not connected"

We have tried uninstalling / re-installing the Zoom client on both the VDA and the endpoint and have tried it from multiple endpoints with the same symptom.

Would anyone have any suggestions on where to look next for further troubleshooting?

Can I delete my recordings once I download them in their original state? Or can I share and download and then delete the file? I usually download my recordings and then convert them to an mp3 to send to the radio station. After I do this, can I still share the file and delete the recording?

I am recording with screen sharing and every time I press share screen the Launch Meeting screen appears and does not go away.  When I begin sharing screens they overlay the launch meeting screen so when the recording is replayed the launch meeting screen is the first thing the viewer sees. 

I have a recurring issue when using Zoom on my desktop computer:

- it works fine for a while, but suddenly my video freezes;

- when that happens, I can still hear and see the other participants, but they see me frozen and can't hear me anymore;

- and it says that Zoom cannot detect my microphone anymore. 

I have to leave the meeting and rejoin in order to "unfreeze". It is very annoying, it can happen 4-5 times during a 1h meeting! I don't have this issue on other platforms, and I had my mic checked, apparently the problem comes from the app.

I updated the app but it is still happening. I also tried several different headsets (Bluetooth and cable), and still the problem remains. Help!
