Today during a Zoom video session with one person, we experienced a video interruption. The video screen for the other person constantly flickered, had a flickering bright green colour over the other person's screen intermittently, had 2 smaller pictures of me at the top of their screen, and had 1 larger picture of the other person that was frozen while their screen flickered continuously. This event occurred about 5-8 times during a 1 hour and 15 minute Zoom meeting. This has never happened to me before. The other person said that she clicked on the Zoom link that I sent to her, Zoom did an update, and then the above scenario occurred. I operate a business using Zoom. What is going on? Why did this happen? How can this be corrected right away?

Registrant getting kicked out of scheduled meeting and cannot join back

We are facing an issue of our users are while they are attending the meeting are taken out of the meeting and they are not able to join back. This doesn't happen with all users. It happens randomly. But we are getting a lot of complaints from the use... Show more

We are facing an issue of our users are while they are attending the meeting are taken out of the meeting and they are not able to join back. 
This doesn't happen with all users. It happens randomly. But we are getting a lot of complaints from the users. 
If we share the meeting link  they can join. But not through the app SDK. Since it doesn't happen all time, we couldn't duplicate this. Please help us to find a solution for this.

My setting about breakout rooms is disabled.

Hi, I can always be able to host a meeting, and conduct breakout rooms. However, I just find out that my setting "Allow host to split meeting participants into separate, smaller rooms" is disabled. I am puzzled about the usage of the setting. If it is disabled, how come I can conduct breakout rooms without a problem? Your guidance is much appreciated. JD

remover date and timer on screen

I have been using zoom for some time, however i have not been able to update the app recently. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, and i am getting the same issue i had when trying to update it (see image). I have followed the trouble shoot steps on some websites (removed firewall, allow downloads outside the app store) but had no luck. Any ideas?

How do I access the live transcription transcripts from my webinar?

I have enabled live transcription in setting and also enabled them to be saved. I cannot figure out how I can access these transcripts though which is important so I can go back and look at them. Help will be greatly appreciated.

I have a licensed account through my company and usually record meetings, however I'm now getting the message:  Important Notice. Cloud recording has been disabled. Please contact your account admin for more information.

 

I've spoken to my admin and they're not sure what the issue could be. I thought it may have been storage related but I've deleted the recordings on the account and am still getting the error message. Any advice would be appreciated! Image of what I'm seeing is attached
