We've just completed a meeting where it was decided to continue discussions for a while. I'm realise I can go to the previous meeting and make it a recurring meeting but wonder if there is a way of retaining the original registrants/participants without their having to re-register, as it appears they will be required to do?

We are a Home Owners Association with approx 400 homes and several very active committees.
 
We are trying to schedule committee meetings that can start without the host having to be there.
 
While we want Board/Community meetings to be somewhat restricted, we would like Committee meetings to be more open.  No need for waiting room  etc.
 
We have one license and wonder if we can schedule monthly meetings for about 10 committees without our host/admin person having to start all the meetings.
 
We thought adding a user who would schedule Committee meetings would help but it seems like license restrictions are getting in the way.
 
Any and all suggestions would be appreciated

Zoom captions not showing up on recorded video

Does anyone know how to embed captions into the zoom recordings, for lectures? The transcript setting is enabled, but when I view the recording of the video, it does not show up.

Sharing window

Hi, 

I was asking myself if during a Zoom presentation with shared window i is possible for participants to take the lead on sharing. 

I am a professor and would like to know if my students are cheating while presenting or not.

How can I fix zoom controls to specific screens / locations?

I do a lot of online teaching (on Mac/OSX).  Typically using Powerpoint/Zoom and BetterDisplay to set up a dummy third screen.

The Zoom controls often move from one screen to another.  They can end up hidden behind other windows.

I want to set it so Zoom controls stay in one place, and are never hidden behind other windows.

(the issue is independent of whether I use BetterDisplay - which solves powerpoint issues on OSX).

M2 Macs

Just bought a MacBook Pro 14" with M2 Apple Silicon. Zoom will not install. I have explicitly chosen the Mac silicon version.  I am now in a huge lurch. 

how to host 2 meetings at once

I have a writing conference coming up April 22. I have the pro account now. I will have 2 "breakout" sessions at the same time for 60 minutes. How do I run two sessions at the same time (I will have an alternate host running one).
