I have this very weird effect that sometimes the participants stop hearing me talking, but they say that they hear a recording of my voice instead. Probably from another session or so?? It's ultraweird!

 

Did anybody ever experience something like it and has a solution? Would be greatly appreciated!

Intune - Zoom on macOS

Hello. I have a configuration website in Intune and Macs in which I am trying to integrate Zoom in my enrollment. I've tried two versions: the Zoom Desktop client designed for meetings and Zoom's desktop client for Meetings (for IT Admins)

Documents available to share

When I click the green button to share screen, the things that are available to share seem random, and I can't find how to select the document I want.My documents are on Dropbox, but when I sign in to Dropbox, and select a file to share, it opens in ... Show more

When I click the green button to share screen, the things that are available to share seem random, and I can't find how to select the document I want.

My documents are on Dropbox, but when I sign in to Dropbox, and select a file to share, it opens in a strange and unhelpful format, that one can't scroll down.

So I tried creating a document specifically to share, kept it out of Dropbox and placed it on my desktop.

But it doesn't appear as an option to share, and I can't find how I select it.

Hi there, new poster. 

 

The updated zoom scheduler has not decreased my work. I want to customise it, is that possible at all? 

issues: 

1/ date not in my location preferred version" mm/dd/yyyy in stead of dd/mm/yyyy, even though zoom recognises my location in settings. 

2/ standard session limit has always been 1 hour and now is 1/2 hour, why change what is not broken? 

3/ I cant edit starting/ending times as i have to "pick" them. 

 

any suggestions? TIA

Need to stop 'join online meeting' Skype link being added to calendar invites

Hi, does anyone know how to do this please? My clients keep joining the Skype link when I invite them despite this not being on the calendar invite when I send it out. 

 

I can't find the setting to turn it off.

Desktop video freeze

So when I host a meeting on my desktop the image freezes and then melts into a kind of mixed colour sepia tone (image attached). My desktop computer is fine and it happens on multiple cameras. HELP

I am a zoom customer for 4 years now. So far everything worked fine.

In the last few days I cannot schedule meetings anymore.

 

When I click on the "Schedule" button the "Schedule Meeting" opens with the "Loading..." spinner and does not proceed.

 

What can I do to fix this problem?
