Hi.  Is there a way to turn off the default message on the zoom invitation of the 'one click mobile and list of phone numbers' please?  I manually delete it every time I send an invitation because I've never found it to work reliably.  I expect this is an easy fix but can't seem to find it.

Has anyone else had massive issues since the so called upgrade

I am tearing my hair out. Have paid twice to upgrade but can't enter my own meetings except from the "join" button

Zoom pop out the error message as below when i didn't connect to my company's VPN.  It show" Error code 5: Entrust certification authority-LIK --Certificates are not trusted ". however when i connect to VPN, the error message is gone.

after review the detail, it looks  expired (from 2022-0323 to 2023-03-22).  if anyone know how to re-obtain the certification? thanks in advanced.

Recording in gallery mode

I can't record in gallery mode - it keeps recording in Speaker mode and I have no idea why as I have made all the changes in settings and also locked  them.  I am using a Chromebook... Any help appreciated as very frustrating!

"Schedule" option is greyed out.

In the ZOOM desktop on my Mac the option to schedule a meeting is not available. Why? And how do I fix it?

My Google Calendar is sending out 39 emails at a time to guess that are on my calendar

People are saying that they’re getting 39 emails at a time. I have a zoom meeting connected to Google calendar and it’s running until November of this year. Why is this happening?

Can the participant square be made larger?

As an online instructor, I often wish my participant square could be made a big larger but I want my share screen to show at the same time.  Is there any way to do this?  Thanks in advance.

When I share my screen in a meeting, I've noticed that my system notifications on my Mac are silenced.  

 

This seems like a great feature for most cases, but I'm pair programming with someone and have been in all-day meetings sharing my screen.  I've been missing important company conversations on Slack.

 

Does anyone know how I can disable this feature?  I've searched all through settings and I don't see anything that lets me toggle this off.
