My Meeting Recording Diasappeared While Processing

It isn't in the trash. The test I did in the same meeting an hour earlier saved to the cloud.  It's an important interview for the radio. Is it lost or is there some way to retrieve it?

failed recording after joining breakout rooms

The problem is that when I was recording the conference it was failed immediately after joining the participants in the breakout rooms and me, as the organizer, also joined one of the breakout rooms.The recording, as always, was saved to the computer... Show more

The problem is that when I was recording the conference  it was failed immediately after joining the participants in the breakout rooms and me, as the organizer, also joined one of the breakout rooms.

The recording, as always, was saved to the computer in a separate folder. But the video time is longer than has to be (e.g. 2 hours 50 minutes instead of 1 hour 10 minutes). With video, everything is fine from the beginning until the moment of uniting the breakout rooms. After that - only a black screen, the names of the participants, there is no sound.

In addition to the video, there are also two files in the folder called "double_click_to_convert_01" and "double_click_to_convert_02". When double-clicking, they are not converted.

This situation happened many times, but not in a row, but every other time.

Unable to join a meeting

It was just fine a week ago, but I can't join any new meeting link and I am missing on a lot of important live classes because of it. Please let me know what to do and next steps if it doesn't work.

Protecting confidentiality with automated captions

I want to allow automated captions for accessibility for overseas delegates but do not want the delegates to be able to save the entire transcript as it would breach confidentiality.  Unfortunately we cannot provide manual captioning.

Hi all, hope someone can help please.

I am testing a deployment of the Zoom client using SCCM to deploy and GPO to control updates etc. 

 

My install command is:  "msiexec /i ZoomInstallerFull.msi /norestart MSIRESTARTMANAGERCONTROL="Disable" /L C:\Temp\ZoomInst.log"

I have enabled GPO settings under Computer config policy:

AU2_EnableAutoUpdate1
AU2_SetUpdateChannel

I need Zoom to auto update when no one is logged in, but it never does.

I can get it to update when a user tries to launch, but would prefer it done during the night on a maintenance period. 

Is this possible?

Video Problem on Zoom

When other people join my zoom calls, my video start jumping and buffering with green and other color lines in it.

What should I do about this?
