"Schedule" option is greyed out.

My Google Calendar is sending out 39 emails at a time to guess that are on my calendar

People are saying that they’re getting 39 emails at a time. I have a zoom meeting connected to Google calendar and it’s running until November of this year. Why is this happening?

Can the participant square be made larger?

Hello,

 

As an online instructor, I often wish my participant square could be made a big larger but I want my share screen to show at the same time.  Is there any way to do this?  Thanks in advance.

When I share my screen in a meeting, I've noticed that my system notifications on my Mac are silenced.  

 

This seems like a great feature for most cases, but I'm pair programming with someone and have been in all-day meetings sharing my screen.  I've been missing important company conversations on Slack.

 

Does anyone know how I can disable this feature?  I've searched all through settings and I don't see anything that lets me toggle this off.

Registration for a recurring zoom meeting

Had multiple issues:Registered participants unable to attend the session.Troubleshoot by:1. Clicking on the join button on confirmation email received2. Copy & pasting the link into browser3. Using the meeting code and passcode4. Using a forwarded li... Show more

Had multiple issues:

Registered participants unable to attend the session.

Troubleshoot by:
1. Clicking on the join button on confirmation email received
2. Copy & pasting the link into browser
3. Using the meeting code and passcode
4. Using a forwarded link from other participant
5. Clicked on the top left hand corner to copy and paste the link of the zoom session for other users.

All of the above steps ended up routing participants back to the registration page and not being admitted into the zoom meeting.

Can someone please advise..

Resolved! Link sub-accounts to Vimeo

We have 4 accounts - the main one and 3 sub accounts. We have linked the main one to Vimeo and it is really helpful. Can we link the sub-accounts also?

Powerpoint

I was sharing a powerpoint during a meeting. When closing the ppt I saved it and it got saved as a zoom.ppt deck. Now I am not able to see my original ppt and the new saved one does not open with powerpoint thought it is saved as .ppt
