I have in the past managed to copy and paste a list but I haven't managed to do it since.  There are over 50 items to be added to a dropdown registration question I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction rather than copy and pasting all 50+

I work for a family support, non-profit organization that needs to collect demographic data like race and ethnicity for our federal funders. As part of our federal grant deliverables, we provide trainings to parents. I have been asking these (not required) race/ethnicity questions to those who register for our Zoom meetings for many years and suddenly, these questions have disappeared from my meeting template. I also see that when I try to add a custom question I can only have a "one choice" or "text box" option for the answer. I can no longer provide multiple choice answers for registrants to select from.  I don't know why has this changed? Are there others out there who need to collect this kind of data.?

Does anyone know how to get the auto-transcription captions to show on a Shared Screen when using two monitors? When I share screen on one monitor, the captions move over automatically to the other monitor that is not being shared. I want the captions to show on the screen that is being shared, if possible. I am having an issue recording audio. I am recording my classes on a laptop via zoom and I use a computer connected to a projector to play audio and video examples to the class. The video recordings from my laptop pick up my voice just fine, but they do not pick up the audio from the recordings I play in class. I tried changing the audio settings to "musician" but the same thing happened. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Zoom auto installed linkage of my Zoom to Outlook Scheduler. But I am NOT a Teams user and DO NOT have Outlook Scheduler. Now all my new Zoom meetings are not showing up on Apple Calendar. Please HELP!!!!! I'm a Zoom PRO Subscriber so please help asap

Is this an issue with zoom, or my web cam?

My feed often reflecting other person's feed.

(even when other person logs off, exasperated, it can still show their image)

My feed or 'them' as my feed - any of these;

Strip along top.

Various patterns.

Strips of colour.

Fuzzy.

Moving up screen, or still.

Definitely at both ends.

(Only one image attached as other images have a child in).

Or freezing and looping same few seconds (have this on a recording, but not attached).

I have had this in a couple of meetings in February (UK morning/lunchtime). 

Also one mid March (UK lunchtime).

Sometimes I can unshow/reshow video and fine (eg mid March).

Other times it's not fine, and I have to go out meeting/back in.  This wastes a lot of time.

Have seen other people showing the same thing (UK evenings), and only recently, which was why I wondered if it was zoom.

Until today (just reinstalled), was on 5.13.3 (11494).  Installed 24 jan. 

Desktop.

Windows 7.

It is an old pc, quite slow.   I clear cache/temp files regularly, always before a meeting, and switch off rather than standby.

Web cam (not incorporated); Papalook HD720p.  Laptop device manger saying working properly and that the driver up to date.

Internet speed of 35mbps ish.

I don't use zoom that much but rely on it when I do....

It only occurs occasionally, mid  meeting, so bit hard to test.  When I log in to a meeting by myself, web cam picture seems fine.
