Hello, I am trying to extend password validity from 30 to 120 days as it is annoying to receive and follow up on password reset every month. Zoom allows to set it for 30, 60, 90 and 120 days. If I take it correctly from Google info, I should have set it during my initial profile setting, but I did not know this that time and obviously, I do not have this option in my settings. Any ideas how to do that? Regards, Nazim

Hi Team, I have version 5.13.7 on my windows 10 Dell laptop. Everytime I have my video on, my zoom freezes and then I lose network connection. I work from home. After about 20 seconds it reconnects however I still cannot have my video on. If I have my video on, it crashes within 2 minutes. Similarly, if I share my screen whether having my video on or off, my zoom will crash within 1 minute. My I.T team have uninstalled and re-installed zoom and I still encounter issues. I was told version 5.10 is much stable however it only lasts a bit longer but I still encounter the same issues. I am currently hardwired to the Modem. I have tried Wi-Fi and hotspottting from my phone Please help!

On a Mac, for several months, have been unable to successfully join a meeting. If I launch the app, enter a meeting ID, I get a "An unknown error occurred, Error Code: 100056000." In Chrome, if I browse to zoom.us, and then select join, I get a "This site can't be reached, the connection was reset, ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. There is a '!" in front of zoom.us/join, and when I click on it, I see a "Your connection to this site is not secure" If I click on cookies, and remove them for zoom.us, and click on reload, I get to the next page. I can enter a mtg id, , it opens the zoom app, and back to the original message. I have disabled the virus checker. I have installed the latest OS update (OS Ventura). Uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom. If I try to login on that computer, I can move through the pages if I remove the cookies each time, but cannot login without getting an "Oops! We were unable to complete your request. Please try again. (300). There is no VPN running. No limitations in the firewall. Any suggestions? It did work for years on this computer with no problem. Every other device in the house it works on.

Dear all, We are unable to do upgrade the zoom client version from 5.11 to 5.14 via Intune automatically without user sign in. For upgrading the version, the user has to sign in first before they could updating the version. Is there anyway that we could configure policy to ensure the Zoom Client can upgrade without sign in? Ph
Thanks,
