I usually download my recordings to my laptop and then upload to Youtube. Suddenly Zoom will not allow me to download my recordings. Also, how do you find out how much download capacity you have or have used?
Is there a Zoom meeting installer that can differentiate between MacBooks with Intel and Silicon processors? I'm using a product called MDS to deploy Loaner MacBooks with Monterey and several software programs including Zoom meetings. However, the MacBooks come in Intel and Silicon versions and I cannot have 2 versions of the installer in the workflow since it can end up installing the wrong version. Looking for a Zoom installer with a preinstall script in the package to differentiate between the 2 Mac installers.

For the last week or so, I cannot use Zoom as the video image of one of those on the call gets stuck in a fixed continual 1-2 second recoded loop of the person, which looks like they are twitching. Also the video screen can go very blurred, green and there is a line of small replica video images of the person across the top of theie screen. When this happens, we have to turn off the video screen affected by it. It is happening in every call I make now.

Hi all, I recently purchased the premium version of Zoom to connect with my clients and colleagues for meetings. However, I am facing an issue where my colleagues are unable to join the meeting I have scheduled. The purpose of buying the premium version was to connect with unlimited people without any time limitations. But now, I am unable to do so as my colleagues are unable to join the meeting. Could anyone please suggest a solution to this issue? It's very urgent that I have a meeting with my colleagues regarding the falaya. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you!

I have a Zoom room setup with two displays. I configured the room settings from the TC8 controller so that the primary display, a touch screen, is on the left (display 1) and the secondary display is on the right (display 2). In my test there are two meeting participants: the zoom room (appliance) and a myself on a remote system pretending to be a remote meeting attendee. There is no cable connection between my computer and the Zoom room appliance. When not sharing content, display 1 shows the gallery view, whereas display 2 shows the zoom room camera. This is consistent with how the displays are configured for the room. According to Zoom, content sharing will always be displayed on the touch screen (display 1). As such, when sharing starts the displays are configured to show shared content on display 1 and thumbnail on display 2. However, when I share content on the remote computer I see only shared content on both displays. There is no video feed from either participant. Moreover, the View selection on the TC8 is greyed out; I can't make any changes. I have tried several display configurations for display 2: I can't find a setting that shows video and shared content on display 2. Is this a bug?

I have the Basic Zoom account. When I start a Zoom meeting, my video is displayed and I see myself. However, once someone joins the meeting my video disappears and I no longer see myself. Others in the meeting still see me, but I just don't see myself. Regardless of whether I start the meeting or join someone else's meeting, I don't see myself. I'm on a MacBook Air. I've never had this issue before and I've been using Zoom for years. I've tried deleting the app and re-installing it multiple times, but that didn't work. I even tried just using zoom on my browser and that actually worked, but now it's not working anymore and my video is not displaying. Again, others in the meeting see me - my video just doesn't display for myself. Thank you in advance for your help!
