I often schedule meetings with someone who lives in a different time zone and the time of the meeting will randomly change in their Outlook. I will often schedule our meetings to be at 9am my time and 4pm her time and she will confirm that the invitation she received was for 4pm. A few days later, the meeting will change to 5pm her time but stay at 9am my time. She does not receive any notifications about this time change and has only realized it on her. Does anyone have any suggestions? This has happened several times over the past month. Thank you so much in advance!

Last night, I was given an imbedded link, password and host code for a meeting for a seminar to connect a small group to a meeting. However, when I opened the link, the "waiting for host to start meeting" window appeared, as the creator did not participate. I could not open the portal, despite having the code.  I extracted the portal code from the link and tried to launch it manually, to no avail. Thee was nowhere to claim the meeting before it was launched. After waiting a while for someone to do so, I launched a new portal and passed the link on to the other participants.

I assume the host code is only viable to transfer ownership once the meeting has started, but is there something I missed here? Can a meeting be opened by anyone other than the creator?

Last year I switched to PRO plan to get live support and more than 40 min on the call. The audio quality (which is more important to me than video) had improved.

Now - I logged in to get support on the rapidly decreasing quality of my recordings - only to find out that on the PRO plan I no longer have ANY live support!!

And you of course had no professional decency to ADVISE ME of that via email!  You do this every few months - cut off support on lower tiers to push everyone to the premium plan.

You have made gazillions of dollars during the pandemic, and still do - and yet your capitalistic greed is blinding you with NO consideration for your customers. or your employees. I just saw online that you have laid off 1300 staff !!!

well, sure - get rid of the staff, get rid of the customers - the world is your oyster, which will get very lonely if you keep doing this.

The quality of one of my latest interview recordings  is HORRIBLE! full of hard clicks and noise on  the guest's line. I can;t even remove all of them with my professional DAW they are SO BAD and so deeply embedded in the audio.

I have a basic account and today when I tried to log on it said that I needed to update the client or use the web version - this has never happened before and i cannot find a way to update the client - I am running version 5.9.3931 and it appears as though version 5.13 is the latest  and thoughts as I followed the on-line guide from zoom but i go not have a "general tab" in settings that would allow be to set auto update
