The learn more link takes me to a change-your-password page which I've done a couple of times. 

This started happening on 4/4/2023.  Prior to that I was able to login.

I am unable to connect to a zoom meeting after I installed zoom client 5.9.1 just a few days ago. I was connecting to zoom earlier the same day without problem. Now I can only connect using the browser. I have reinstalled the client, restarted....but... Show more

I am unable to connect to a zoom meeting after I installed zoom client 5.9.1 just a few days ago. I was connecting to zoom earlier the same day without problem. Now I can only connect using the browser. I have reinstalled the client, restarted....but no success. I'm using a macbook with macos 12.0.1.

Anyone with the same issue?

Enable original sound from iphone during a meeting

I was trying to enable original sound from iphone during a meeting and cannot find the audio setting as the instructed:

Fathom note taker

I have installed the app and added to my app from my zoom account but I cannot see an icon nor fathom appearing to note take. I even got a welcome email from fathom to confirm that I have added the app. What am I missing here? 

I currently have the 40 minute free zoom, I want to open a monthly discussion with phone, zoom for 1

I want to open a zoom educational classes with use of telephone and zoom, what do I need?, I have the 40 minute free zoom

turn off the intrusive chat notifications about "new message" or "scroll to top"

How can I get rid of these intrusive notifications that stick themselves over the chat messages when I open the chat window? They block reading the bottom message.  I don't find them useful, but do find them very frustrating to deal with.

Resolved! Is this muting situation possible?...

After an overly chatty user is muted by the moderator, can the user then unmute him/herself by clicking their Unmute button? 

 

And/or, is it possible that the moderator-muted user is automatically unmuted by voice actuation (and then muted again)?
