Just want to confirm (as I am on the free version) that I have to upgrade to the Pro version as a minimum to enable the registration.
Would someone be so kind as to post screenshots, right from the home screen, for both iOS and Windows 11 -chrome, on how you fixed this problem. I have followed at least a dozen sets of instructions and been unable to fix: I have a profile picture. I can see it in the upper right hand corner on my phone and on Windows 11 (chrome) when I attend meetings other people's profile pictures are shown. (when their is video is off) But not mine (when my video is off) This happened out of the blue with an update Help.

Friends, We've used Zoom for our worship streaming and, while spoken parts (readings sermon & prayers) come through fine, music does not (neither organ, instrumental or vocal). We have used different mobile devices and different plug-in microphones but the problem persists. Has anyone experienced this? How can it be remediated?

I have in the past managed to copy and paste a list but I haven't managed to do it since. There are over 50 items to be added to a dropdown registration question I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction rather than copy and pasting all 50+ Any help is appreciated.

I work for a family support, non-profit organization that needs to collect demographic data like race and ethnicity for our federal funders. As part of our federal grant deliverables, we provide trainings to parents. I have been asking these (not required) race/ethnicity questions to those who register for our Zoom meetings for many years and suddenly, these questions have disappeared from my meeting template. I also see that when I try to add a custom question I can only have a "one choice" or "text box" option for the answer. I can no longer provide multiple choice answers for registrants to select from. I don't know why has this changed? Are there others out there who need to collect this kind of data.?

Hi, Does anyone know how to get the auto-transcription captions to show on a Shared Screen when using two monitors? When I share screen on one monitor, the captions move over automatically to the other monitor that is not being shared. I want the captions to show on the screen that is being shared, if possible. Thanks.

Hello I paid a subscription and it cancelled is there anyway to get previous recorded meetings that were on zoom cloud . I logged in and don’t see them

One of our users has scheduling privilege over several other staff members. Recently, the option for that has disappeared from her Outlook Zoom plug-in, but it still shows up in the Zoom desktop app. Any ideas why this happened?
