I use my Mac built-in camera for Zoom. There's a persistent problem with the image quality and particularly the color balance (hue) of my own image – my face and background.

My face appears with a reddish-purple color that I can't get rid of. I've tried multiple methods – several brands of ring lights, colored cellophane on my lights, changing the room lighting, etc. – but nothing seems to work.

As far as I can tell, MacOS doesn't have any adjustments that might help. Zoom has some limited camera adjustments, but nothing that helps.

Maybe the solution is to get a third-party app that will allow me to adjust the image attributes for Zoom and any other apps that use the camera, such as Facetime.

I've searched for apps like this, but I'm not sure exactly how to describe the category of app I need. Is there a name for this sort of app? Also, many of the apps I've found say they're good for "webcams."   Is the built-in camera considered a webcam?

I'd welcome any suggestions.

Hello,

I am using the latest version of Zoom Workplace (annual subscription). When my client shares their screen and I write on it using an iPad, they often encounter a textbox or eraser tool popping up unexpectedly. When that happens, they can't type or write anything. This issue persists until the client stops and reshares the screen. Could this be a glitch?

Hope to hear from you soon.

I wanted to understand what the License Count mean when we upgrade to Pro where the license count is 1-9. Does that mean that if I take Pro license, I can have 9 users added who could use the account. If Yes, can we have meetings scheduled at the same time for different meetings by different users.

Ex: License is Pro

User License Count: 5 (A, B, C, D, E)

Can A & B schedule different meetings at same time for different users?

By adding A, B, C, D, E will I still be charged for 1 plan or will the new users I have to pay extra?

Hi There,

I really need some help on this. I added a colleague as an alternative host on ONE meeting, but it seems he is now the default alt host on EVERY meeting I create and he receives an email notification.

Is there a way to remove him permanently as an alt-host? I have tried removing him from all past meetings, and that does not seem to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Annontations randomly not showing during the meetings

I have the annotations feature checked in my Settings - Meeting (Basic).
However, it does not work in some meetings.

Is there any additional setting I should check?

Hello All,

I used to share a whiteboard where the participants worked together on tasks. Therefore, it is important for me to see what each of them is doing. I always selected the option to show the collaborators' cursors, but since the latest update, I am no longer able to see them. Is there any way to fix this problem, or do I have to wait for a new patch?

I run a training business and we use a lot of recurring meetings with clients, so that each client has their own dedicated recurring Zoom meeting that we use for all training sessions with that client.

Recurring meetings seem to be vanishing from the list and becoming inaccessible without any warning, which is causing us huge problems. Today I went to run a session for a regular client only to find that the meeting details we normally use had been deleted by Zoom and the meeting no longer worked. We had to create a new ID, email all participants, the meeting started late and it was extremely poor service to our client.

I have had this happen with a number of recurring meetings but there seems to be no consistent pattern to it. I have recurring meetings that haven't been used for over a year that are still active, whilst this latest one that has vanished was used quite recently. We don't use any calendar integrations or other complex stuff, this was just a normal meeting scheduled via the Zoom web portal and then we emailed the details to the client.

Zoom Support refuses to accept any bug reports from me (despite us being paid customers), so I am not sure how to identify the problem, and particularly I'm not sure how to stop it happening again. We can't do business using Zoom if meetings we rely on are getting deleted at random.

Thanks.
