Zoom does not accept the passcode that I type in
Hi there I have regular meetings on Zoom workplace and receive a meeting ID and passcode from the meeting organiser every time. However, it happens every time that when I sign in and enter the passcode in the provided field, Zoom does not accept the code! Every single time Zoom tells me that the code is incorrect, despite the fact that I have typed it in exactly as received from the organiser! I always try 2 or 3 times to type the passcode - but it is never accepted by Zoom. Every time I then have to request a new passcode and wait for it to be sent to my e-mail. When I type the new passcode that I have received from Zoom, there are no problems and Zoom accepts it straight away. Why does Zoom not accept the original passcode that I have received from the meeting organiser?
