  • I am working on zoom with students.  When I make the 1st connection with zoom with my student, It takes roughly 5-10 minutes to make the actual connection. Well this is going on zoom is tick ticking away the time that I actually have with my student. During the meeting it will also crash. When it crap is it takes another 5-10 minutes to reconnect on my device.  This happens with my phone, Kindle tablet, and computer.

Hello, when I start a Zoom meeting as a host my setting is to 'follow the hosts view' but when I am switching between speaker and gallery view it is not changing for participants, why is this? Also, I am trying to record as well the switches between speaker view and gallery view but get 2 separate recordings. Can I change my settings so it is just one video that switches or not possible? Thank you in advance 🙂

Meeting with 500 people

Hallo team, i just bought the 500participants extension. 

 

I have one lisecence.

 

Now if i make a new event will have these extension or i have to make something to activate it?

Automatic Recordings

Hello,

 

I have changed my user settings to Automatic Recording save to the cloud,  however the meetings are not being recorded. What could be causing that?

 

Also, is there a way to limit automatic recording to external meetings only?

Recording a session

Hi Zoom community

 

I recently recorded a meeting for the first time and now wish to email it to the attendees. The file is too big to do so. I was expecting it to be in a link format not a file. Is it possible to convert?

I'm struggeling with enabling captioning in meetings. As far as I can see, everything is set up correctly at admin level. I tested it with me, myself and I in a meeting. Participant-I was able to request captions which host-I accepted. Still no words appearing in writing.

Live Performance Audio: what is an appropriate audio device? When Live Performance Audio is turned on during a meeting, there is a message displayed: "Live performance audio is on. Noise suppression is disabled and all software audio processing is off. Please use an appropriate audio device to avoid echo and feedback."  

 

What is considered an appropriate audio device?

Outlook plug in for zoom when you are using G-suit

Sorry if this is easy, but I am unable to stop invitees to a meeting being forced to sign in. 

It used to be that I could send out an invite and someone could just click on the link and enter the waiting room.

 

I have carefully went through the help files and it seems this area in the image may be the problem but I am unable to make changes to it.

My meeting client are most frustrated and I am effectively unable to send zoom invites out now for fear of angry users at the other end.

 

Any help would be most appreciated!
