I have calendar permission to create zoom meetings for my boss. This normally works fine, but today, both meetings I created for her had me set as the host of her meeting? I created the meetings the correct way, but both times I had to start the meeting and switch my boss over as the host. I'm assuming I changed a setting, but I have looked and I have no idea which setting would do something like this. Any ideas?

I got a new computer (Macbookpro) and had to reload my desktop app. When I do a meeting, it says I have a 40-minute limit despite having already upgraded to the plus one plan. Any ideas on how I can get the desktop to recognize my upgrade? I have a ticket with support, but they have been very slow and unhelpful.

I recently took over our Zoom account, bit when I use google calendar to create meetings, it autofills with my

predecessors name.  I have owner/license, as well as full admin in our gsuite, but cannot for the life of me find where to correct this, any ideas from the amazing Zoom community?  Thanks in advance!

Hello there! has anyone recovered a recorded meeting while it was paused and the meeting ended?

Either Cloud or local Windows computer have no trace of it. Is it possible to retrieve??? Please help! I need to  know something to explain my error! done on a Windows platform 04/28/2023.

No error code given. No window popping up saying "downloading recording". Just nothing. 😞
