A recent update for 'Original Audio' which changed the terminology to "original audio for musicians' also changed something internally so the function is unusable. In the past, we'd turn on 'Original Audio' just for the person sending high resolution audio and video, and the other participants were able to talk normally. But with the new update, turning this feature on for one machine makes all the other participants voices echo. The computer sending 'Original Audio' does not have a mic- its sending the HD audio and video from a file, so there is no chance of it being a mic picking up audio and causing the echo. Unfortunately this makes Zoom completely unusable for our company.

We are looking to activate automated captions, but the option does not appear in any of the settings pages. User, Group, or Account level. Only manual captions appear as settings. We have already looked at the support article, Enabling automated captions – Zoom Support, and already meet the only prerequisite.

Hello, I'm trying to set the option to live stream to Facebook from my smartphone. I have a license which allows it and the option exists from my laptop. However I don't see the option from the app and I haven't found a way to change it in the app settings... Does anyone has any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you!

En configuraciones de la web de zoom voy a avanzados, tengo la opcion habilitada de fondo virtual de imagen activada, pero sin embargo cuando me dirijo a la aplicacion no me deja subir a menos que tenga un fondo verde, y dice que no soy compatible, que podria hacer? oh alguna recomendacion de algun programa externo para poder poner fondo de imagenes o opacidad, y alguna recomendacion sobre ajustes de video, me ayudarian mucho espero su pronta respuesta!. after i updated my zoom, i couldnt watch any recordings.
it just shows me to put password and after i put the password its just refreshing and shows me the same screen.
please help.

I'm trying to figure out if my assistant and I can host concurrent meetings using just a regular Pro Account. Or do we need to go for the more expensive business account? this would be a very rare occasion so I would rather not have the added expense

Is it possible to find out how many, if anyone, watched a recorded meeting once shared?
I have recorded meetings in the past to my local computer and found that as the host if the internet connection dropped out I still had a recording but the remote videos and voices are lost from the recording, as you would suspect. My questions is, If I were to record to the cloud and my internet connection dropped out would cloud recording still capture all of the other remaining video and audio while I (the host) was disconnected? Thanks for your help...

When I schedule a Zoom meeting and invite my boss and others, and then reassign ownership of the meeting to my boss, my boss always he says he cannot find the Zoom link in the meeting invitation. The other attendees are able to, however. Does anyone know why this is happening and what can be done to rectify it? Thank you.
