I own the account buy my facilitator will be acting as host during training sessions.  I want my Zoom Video to always be Gallery.  I have searched the community and am unable to find the specific answer to this question. Also, did a google search too.

Yeah so when I speak and I am muted, the zoom would show an annoying notification in the middle of the screen, "Your mic is muted..... unmute or press space bar blablabla". I don't need that because I am not blind. How do I disable it? I don't see an option in Zoom for that.

We save all our Zoom recordings to the cloud. We want to give a vendor access to our files (for transcription), but we don't want to give them access through Zoom.

Would it be possible to create a mirror site (Box, Google Drive, etc.) with all the recordings that we could allow our vendor to access?

Our recordings are all PW protected, in case that matters. And we're on zoomgov.com.

When I open zoom immediately see the time is ticking for that meeting. I try and send out a link for a participant and all I'm getting is an error message. The link either ends up in my Gmail outbox or it gets to the participant about 10 or 15 minutes after the meeting should have started. I need to find out why this is happening and how to avoid it. This is how it happened on my android kindle tablet here.

On my computer, Zoom does not open for more than one meeting. Even if one meeting were 1st thing in the morning and one were late in the afternoon.  I need to know how to fix both these issues.

I need to attend my yoga classes through meetings in the Zoom app using i11 bluetooth earphones. However, the earphones work perfectly for the Spotify and Youtube apps but in the Zoom app the sound does not come out of my earphones, but in the speakers of the Samsung tablet itself. How to solve this problem?
