I'm trying to setup some laptops in kiosk mode (Windows 10 Enterprise) to allow users to get on a Zoom meeting (Zoom client, not Zoom Room). I know there will be a requirement to share the screen, but when I attempt to do it in kiosk mode, I get "Screen sharing has failed to start. Please try again later. Error Code: 105035"

 

My guess is there is a permission that needs to be set, but I'm unclear on which setting(s) and where/how to do that.

 

Any help here would be appreciated!

Hi! In the past we were able to share a video with no music, and play music from Spotify. Participants were able to see the video and listen to the music played on Spotify at the same time. Now, for some reason when we do that, participants cannot hear the music.

Any thoughts?

My app keeps disappearing

First of all I just gotta say I am not impressed. Trying to make it do what I want was one thing but trying to get help- geesh, it's almost not worth it.

 

I downloaded the app for Kahoot from the Zoom apps page and it worked great for a day or two. Then disappeared. I don't have the apps icon on my screen- I assume because the app disappeared. Is there a way to make sure these don't keep disappearing? Alternatively, if someone could tell me the quick way to download an app when it disappears for no apparent reason, I'd appreciate it. I mean if it doesn't work and no one knows how to fix it that's okay, I'm just wondering how to keep installing it.

I am recording staff development training.  Our presenter is Deaf, and we have two interpreters. All three are spotlighted. When I record the presentation, I can't seem to get the Deaf presenter screen to record, but the interpreter is recorded as they are speaking.  Can someone help me figure out the correct setting? I have tried them all and they all record the same way not showing the deaf presenters.  Our next training is tomorrow and I have not been able to figure out which is the correct setting.  Has anyone run into this issue?

Zoom failed to Download on Mac Desktop (macOS Ventura 13.3.1). Please help.

Hello Zoom Community, I followed all the steps and Zoom has failed to download on my Mac desktop. Attached is the error I keep getting.  Please help.

Sharing PPT in presentation Mode Web Version

When screen sharing a PPT I am able to see it, advance slides etc. When sharing in presentation mode attendees can only see the last last that was not in presentation mode.

Hi I am having a licensed plan and I am trying to connect the zoom meeting

My requirement is: anyone in organisation can schedule a multiple meeting with other guys and so on.

 

I am able to create a meeting using :

https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/{userId}/meetings  and in response getting join_url to connect over zoom.
But my use case is: 
I have 4 user so user 1  can create and schedule a meeting at 7:30pm to user 2
and at the same time user 3 can create and schedule a meeting at 7:30pm to user 4.
 
but once i am running first meeting and 2 meeting is going to start, its asking to stop first meeting then join second meeting.
Is it possible to run a multiple meeting at same time?
