I just downloaded zoom on Macbook and joined a meeting. I have no mic or camera icons to mute to see whether they are muted by host. I have no idea whether anyone can hear or see me. If muted by host, I am unable to unmute and participate. The meeting is typically muted by host and we unmute to participate. Meeting has now ended. As per usual, I don't know how to troubleshoot these types of issues when there is no active meeting.

Hello, I do executive coaching for nonprofits. When I set up meetings with my individual clients, they often lag and get the Network Bandwidth is Low message on their screen. They say it doesn't happen in other meetings. When I go to other people's meetings, I do not lag. So my question is, how to I know if a guests lag is on their end of internet connections versus mine? Of does it have something to do with the way my zoom account is set up? Any ideas and guidance is greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I tried reinstalling ZOOM on my MACBOOK but it would not allow me to download. I can link into zoom from my IPAD but not my MACBOOK.
Any suggestions?
Hi, I need to invite someone to my meeting who doesn't have a Zoom account. I hear there's supposed to be an option to allow attendees that are not authorized by Zoom, but I can't see it. Is it only available in paid accounts?
Thanks.

I'm getting really frustrated! I've spent that last 2.5 hours trying to connect Zoom to one of my Facebook group. It notices one of my groups, but not the other. HELP!!
The people on the other end of the Zoom call have indicated that they hear a lot of feedback and noise while I am unmuted. I don't hear anything on my end and when I mute, it disappears. Is there something I can check or change to eliminate the feedback ?

During a group meeting yesterday, one user received a message when he clicked on the meeting link that said: Double-check this link The link [link]...is taking you to another site: [site url]... Are you sure you want to continue? It did take him into the meeting that I was hosting, and no one else received that message when joining the meeting. Any ideas why this popped up for just one user?

Hello All: Perhaps a silly question?!? Apologize in advance if answerable somewhere on site. I cannot seem to find it. Talk about IT overhead masking the application itself! Anyways.... How does a host suspend a scheduled meeting once it has started, to resume at a future time? I.e. we all want to take a bathroom break, lunch break, pending something else etc. etc. etc. I am talking about the host simply stopping the meeting explicitly (not just letting the clock run on without any participants present/actively engaged) and resuming it again prior to its scheduled termination time. Specifically I do not want the 40 minute deadline of inactivity to time out the meeting entirely. Thanks in advance for your responses. Regards
