I schedule weekly meetings for up to 6 people. I use the passcode radio box. And I don't know why but during ithe meeting my screen during the meeting starts rotating between all the other user's screen pictures. Like it goes haywire. I send this weekly link to myself as well. I have opened the meeting with the link or opened the meeting with my zoom app and either way the screen eventually goes haywire. I usually have to turn off my video. How can I fix this? Thank you! Christine28

as the Host, I opened a future meeting in a series to get the URL. I clicked "End Meeting for All" vs. Leave. That meeting no longer has the "Start" button. The attendees for the meeting are from all over (a published meeting) so I have no way to inform them of a new meeting log in. How can I reinstate that meeting so I and everyone else can join? (meeting is on 3/16/23)

I would assistance moving recordings from the cloud to a file. My cloud is full.
Hi! We currently have someone who edits our zoom meeting recordings and then posts them with a time stamped recap. We would like to stop editing the meeting recordings. Our video editor says she has to watch the videos to timestamp them for the recaps. Does anyone know of any app that works with zoom that we could use to timestamp the meetings DURING the actual meeting while it is being recorded? Thanks!

Hey people! I've been using zoom since 2019, and I have been looking for something, but I'm not able to find a way. Me and my team always use the same 3 zoom links, depending on what we are doing. We have 3 different subscriptions (all paid) If we are doing a training, we are using Link 2 (on account #2) ** ALL THE LINKS ARE PERSONNAL MEETING ID ** Is there a way to have permanent Co-Host. For example, Account 2 is always the Host on Link # 2. But If I want to connect to the zoom link #3, is there a way I can put account #2 and # 1 and #4-5-6 (If I want) as automatic Co Host when they connect?
If I am meeting with a client, I (or any of my employee) will use link 1.
If we are doing a conformity meeting, we are using Link 3 (on account #3)

Hello! I have the following problem: When I try to log in with a user name, only lowercase letters are displayed, regardless of whether I press the uppercase key or the caps lock key. All other applications work perfectly! I have uninstalled zoom several times and cleaned the registry - without success. I'm using Windows 10, current version, H22. Anyone know advice? Thanks!

Hi, I am wondering what changed 3-4 weeks ago that when broadcasting/sharing the screen for our weekly worship, our on-line participants cannot hear the organ music. Prior to that time period, we had no problem and our on-line congregants enjoyed joining in the singing. No they either do not hear the organ or the organ music is garbled and they only hear a note or two. Likewise, when I meet in small groups and try to share music videos (YouTube or other on-line sources, the music doesn't play or is garbled and neither I or those in the meeting can hear anything. Hoping that you can help me resolve this. if not, I fear we will need to find another platform for our church to use. Right now the church has and account and I have my own personal account, but this issue is severely impacting how we use Zoom.

My union has given me a professional zoom account but when they send me the log in link, it doesn't give me an option to make a password. Since it's my personal email, I already have a basic zoom account set up with that email. I can't seem to find a way to have the new zoom account applied to this log in. I've been using the google log in option to get in. The only time it has worked is on the first time I opened up the link from the union. Does anyone know if the issue is the fact that I already had a basic zoom account with this email?
